It is easy to work with and works well even on powder without lifting the base. Hydra silk setting powder that is transparent. Ultra light powder with a bit of moisture/cooling feel that reminds me of By Terry powder. It is very similar to the By Terry powder, which does not work with my skin as it becomes tight and red, so also with this one.😪 It keeps you relatively shine-free throughout the day.
