Doesn't stand out
I have tested Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate leave-in treatment. This is a leave-in conditioner that is supposed to repair damaged and colored hair. Overall, it is a good product, but it doesn't stand out from other similar products. The packaging is nice and easy to use. The conditioner has a light creamy consistency and is very economical to use. It has a nice slightly fruity scent. I apply a small amount to towel-dried hair and style as usual. What I like about this is that it doesn't weigh the hair down, but tames frizz and gives shiny hair without looking greasy. The hair feels healthy and strong and is soft and easy to comb through. My hair is fine and Nordic and has some wear and tear after a lot of coloring and bleaching, so good conditioner products are essential for my hair, especially now that it's cold. This definitely does the job, and I really like that it also has heat-protective properties. That said, I don't feel that this stands out from other similar products, and it's possible to find equally good products at a more reasonable price. #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Doesn't stand out208 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Good series
I have been tasked by Lyko to give a review on Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave In Treatment. Lucky for me, this is a product I have already used on and off since it was launched, so I have had plenty of time to form some opinions about the product. A bit about my hair: - nordic hair type - natural waves/fall in the hair - color-treated - exposed to a lot of heat tool usage - long, and prone to split ends The product comes in a handy squeeze tube, so you get the desired amount without wasting product. Has the same scent as the rest of the Acidic Bonding series, a bit tangy. Light lotion consistency, and easy to distribute in the hair. I would recommend sectioning the hair so you get optimal effect. The product promises to repair the hair from the cuticle to the cortex, ultimate repair and intense care. Important to note that you should ideally use the entire series with shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask in addition to the leave in treatment to get the full effect Redken refers to in their ads. I feel the hair becomes stronger and more resilient, but you have to use it consistently and over a longer period. I don't quite like the feeling in the hair after use. I find that it becomes a bit "dull" so I use a hair oil over it at the end once the product has had time to work, so that the hair feels smooth after use. All in all, a good treatment if you want stronger hair, you just have to be consistent and patient in the use. #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Good series210 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
💆🏼♀️ The rescue for fine and treated hair
I have been so lucky to test this, and as someone with fine, Nordic, and bleached hair that easily breaks, I was both excited and a bit skeptical🙈 Products that promise strength and protection can often be too heavy for my hair – but this surprised me positively✨ The consistency is lightly creamy and distributes evenly without making the hair greasy or flat, as long as I stick to a small amount in the lengths. The first thing I noticed was how much smoother and less frizzy my hair looked after blow-drying💨 Since I use heat tools almost daily, I really appreciate that it provides high heat protection without feeling like an extra layer in my hair👏🏻 The scent is mild and “salon-like”🌸 and it disappears quickly, which I see as a plus. My hair feels softer and maybe even a bit fuller, without being weighed down – which is worth its weight in gold for fine hair like mine🌟 All in all, this is a product I will definitely continue using🙌🏻 It provides both strength, shine, and heat protection in one, and it shows that my hair can handle everyday styling and chemical treatments a bit better✨ Truly a little rescue product in my routine🤌🏻 Ref video: Right after blow-drying, where I used this on towel-dried hair first. Result - Much less frizz and curl, which I usually struggle with after blow-drying😍 #redken #lykoinflutester1 product in post 💆🏼♀️ The rescue for fine and treated hair932 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Love it!
My hair: Nordic, dry, damaged, worn, fine and thin, not colored/bleached I have been using this leave-in treatment in conjunction with 6 hair washes now and I am very satisfied! I have very damaged hair as I am trying to grow it out longer and use heat styling tools. Usually after blow-drying, the ends are frizzy, dry, and split, even with the use of hair oil, but when I use this, they look surprisingly healthy. What I really like about this compared to other similar products is that the hair doesn't feel greasy or dirty in any way - which allows me to apply it to damaged areas closer to the hair root as well as take enough amount to hit all hair strands. The fact that it is heat protective up to 230 degrees also means that I no longer blow-dry my hair without protection, which feels really good. It also smells fresh and clean and has the perfect consistency for even application. #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Love it!886 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Gives A Soft & Strong Result!
I have been tasked with testing the Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave In Treatment - An amazing leave-in treatment! I have been using this for about 2 weeks. So far, I really like it! It nourishes, strengthens & protects the hair deeply. Balances the pH level in the hair. Gives a healthy, soft & shiny result 🩶 Apply to freshly washed, damp hair. Style the hair as usual. Smells heavenly. Needs only a little. Thicker, creamy consistency. Sleek, nice tube. Easy to apply. Reduces frizz & hair loss. Intensive care that strengthens the hair deeply. Protects hair color from fading. Suitable for damaged hair. Contains alpha hydroxy acid & citric acid, which strengthens the hair's resilience. Provides a strengthening repair of the hair. This leave-in treatment is Redken's most concentrated all-in-one formula. Also contains heat protection, love it. Affordable product, lasts a long time. Hair becomes super soft, manageable & moisturizing 💦 My hair is currently newly colored & extra dry. Therefore, I am looking forward to continuing to use it 😍 Hope for a continued soft, strengthening & nourishing result. Huge thanks to Redken & LYKO for a really nice product! Ok, but not more
I have, as #lykoinflutester, tested this leave-in product from #redken on my hair. To start with, the packaging is fantastic! I love holographic, so that's a big plus for it. The texture is creamy, and the product melts easily into the hair. The scent is wonderful, so that's also a plus. However, that's where the good things about the product end. I have tested it both before and after I got my hair cut. It definitely worked better when I got rid of a lot of my over-bleached, color-damaged hair, but considering the price, it unfortunately does too little. It's totally okay if you don't have overly damaged hair, but nothing more. Such a shame, because I had high expectations.1 product in post Ok, but not more500 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Nice!
This leave-in cream smells very nice in my opinion, quite fresh I would say. The consistency is nice and I find that it is very easy to distribute in my long hair. I also don't think you need to use an excessive amount of product to feel that it is evenly distributed! My hair is quite dry, but I think this cream does a good job of nourishing it. Maybe not as much moisture as I had hoped for, but definitely above expectations! I appreciate that it protects against heat, and after I blow-dried with this, I definitely think my hair stays good from tangles. Overall, I think it's a nice leave-in cream that does a lot of what it promises!🌸 #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Nice!170 views- The comment was made 21 hoursThank you so much for your lovely review! Fantastic product for damaged hair
I finally got to test this Redken treatment product, and it has been absolutely amazing! The product promises to repair all types of damaged hair, reduce frizz, protect color from fading, and give hair strength. I must say that all the promises were fulfilled. The product's consistency is quite traditional for a conditioner, maybe a bit loose. It was really easy to apply to the hair. I have very tangly hair, and after washing, they are always completely knotted, but after applying this product, they detangled very easily! From this, I already knew that the product was very effective. Also, after drying, the hair is wonderfully soft and doesn't tangle as easily as it normally does. The product's packaging is similar to other Redken packages. It shows that this is a salon-level product. I also like that you can easily get the cream out of the jar, and since it is a tube-like product, you can definitely use every bit of the product, right down to the last drop. The scent of the product didn't evoke any opinions in me one way or the other. A pretty traditional salon product scent. You could say it was quite neutral. However, if you are sensitive to scents, the fragrance might be a bit strong. Overall, I really liked the product a lot! It will definitely stay in my routine, and even though it is quite pricey, I think it is worth the money. I am looking forward to seeing how good I can get my hair with even longer use! #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Fantastic product for damaged hair448 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment 150 ml
After testing the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment over time, I am extremely impressed with the results. The product truly lives up to expectations – and more. The first thing I noticed is the lovely scent. It gives a clean and fresh feeling that lingers in the hair without being overwhelming. The consistency is light and smooth, and it distributes easily in the hair without weighing it down. The effect is simply fantastic. My hair feels immediately softer, stronger, and more resilient to wear and tear. I have actually completely stopped using conditioner in my washing routine, as this leave-in treatment provides more than enough care and moisture on its own. The result is smooth, shiny, and healthy hair – without frizz or heaviness. Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment is especially suitable for those with damaged, dry, or chemically treated hair that needs intensive care without extra steps in the routine. It also protects against heat and external stressors, making it perfect for daily use. In short: This is a must-have product in my hair care routine. A new favorite that delivers professional results at home! #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment 150 ml119 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Lykoinflutester🤩
I have once again been given the opportunity to try out a lovely product as part of #lykoinflutester ! Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In is a leave-in product formulated to strengthen, protect, and care for damaged or chemically treated hair. The product promises to strengthen the hair's bonds, provide heat protection, and reduce broken hair strands, and it generally lives up to expectations very well. Benefits - Visibly strengthens hair: I experience less breakage and fewer split ends after a few weeks of use. - High heat protection: Ideal if you use flat irons, hair dryers, or curling irons. - Makes hair soft, less frizzy look without weighing hair down, and makes a noticeable difference especially with porous hair. - A light creamy leave-in that distributes easily. - The scent is mild and “salon-like”, without being overpowering. You only need to use a small amount on lengths and ends after washing your hair and it can be combined with other products without clumping or making hair greasy. Possible downsides: Can be too heavy if too much is used. ⭐ Overall rating: 4/5 #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Lykoinflutester🤩90 views- The comment was made 20 hoursThank you so much for your kind words! Full pot!
This leave-in product is magical in every way, and I have loved using it in my nighttime routine. My hair is bleached in the lengths but not particularly dry or damaged; however, it is very thin and fine, and I therefore have extreme difficulty finding caring products that don't make my hair heavy or greasy. But this has worked wonderfully for my hair, as long as I don't take too much product or use it in anything other than the lengths. The consistency is wonderfully creamy and incredibly easy to distribute in the hair. The scent is not really my favorite. It is, however, fresh and not overwhelming, and it disappears quickly after application, so it doesn't clash scent-wise with other products. But what I like most is how incredibly smooth and soft the hair becomes. Healthy and fresh, and I also experience more fullness in my flat hair. I can sometimes suffer from broken hair strands, but since I started using this, it hasn't happened a single time. It acts as a kind of invisible protection and also makes the hair very easy to comb. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE and will always have this at home from now on🥰 #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Full pot! - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Fantastic luxury!
My hair is long and previously bleached, so it can easily get frizzy if I don't use leave-in products, especially in the lengths. Redken is a brand I have good experience with from before, so I was really excited to test this 🙌🏼 One of my requirements for hair products is scent, it must not have a too masculine scent and not too strong a scent. Since I have a lot of hair, I usually have to use a good amount of product, so it's advantageous that the product is also economical in use. The conclusion after using this for a few weeks is definitely positive 😍 This smells luxurious, mild, and fresh - the scent stays in the hair throughout the day, but not so much that it overpowers perfume. I love that! My hair definitely feels less frizzy and genuinely healthier after this test period. The tube is a bit hard to squeeze, which helps ensure that not too much product comes out each time - totally great! My best tip: Start with a little product! I was surprised at how far a little product goes. The amount in the picture is enough for my long hair. Distribute it well in your hands and then in your hair. This way, you also get better control over even distribution. If you get too much product in one place, it can quickly look heavy/oily. I will definitely use this until the last bit and go buy it again! Hooray🙌🏼🤩 #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Fantastic luxury!90 views - The post was made 2 daysRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Fantastic in every way!!
I have tried Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave In Treatment for a few weeks as a #lykoinflutester and here are my opinions! A little background on my hair to understand my starting point for the review. I have thick and wavy hair that has been bleached before, the ends still have highlights and can become damaged more easily than the rest of the hair. I wash my hair twice a week and usually do not use heat tools more than a maximum of 1-2 times a week. The packaging is sleek and easy to use, I personally really like the scent! It smells fresh and mature, not overly sweet, and the scent doesn't linger like a cloud around the head but fades slowly after a while. Pros: ▫️The hair becomes really shiny and nice ▫️contains heat protection up to 230 degrees which means you don't need as many products ▫️Protects colored hair ▫️Repairs the hair ▫️Economical, you don't need much product Cons: ▫️Can be a bit heavy for fine hair In summary, I really like the product and the results I've gotten! My hair is soft, shiny, and feels healthy. The ends that are still a bit bleached feel better. I am impressed with Redken for this and have absolutely nothing to complain about! Lots of moisture!
I have tested this conditioner along with other Redken acidic bonding products and I am very satisfied with this balm! I have an oily scalp and dry lengths (colored hair), so for me this is pure gold for the lengths✨ I experienced that my hair was less frizzy after both air drying and blow drying - which is very rare! The scent is very good, it has a similar scent to the other Redken acidic bonding products which is very fresh. The product is economical in use and easy to get out of the bottle😍 #lykoinflutester #REDKEN1 product in post Lots of moisture!509 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Good shampoo
I have tested this product, I have quite oily scalp but dry amounts (colored hair) and for me this shampoo was a bit too heavy💕The formula is very good, you need very little product before it lathers well so this is economical to use! The scent is also very good, fresh scent that lasts long in the hair✨ This probably suits bleached hair better or hair that is dry all the way and really needs repair, for me the 5-minute mask and conditioner worked better in this series because they are only applied to the lengths💕 #redken #lykoinfluTESTER1 product in post Good shampoo542 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Shine and Moisture!
This product is absolutely amazing for dry and frizzy hair, it provides a lot of moisture and makes the hair very shiny! I have an oily scalp and dry lengths (colored hair), for me the shampoo is a bit too heavy for my hair type, but this treatment and conditioner in the same series are just perfect for the lengths✨ The scent is nice, it lingers in the hair for a long time, and you really feel like you've done your hair a great service after this😍 The consistency is a bit creamy, and the product is therefore very concentrated, you only need a little bit to cover the lengths. #redken #lykoinflutester1 product in post Shine and Moisture!430 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 5 out of 5
Fantastic caring product 👏👏
Redken rarely disappoints.. My hair, which is curly and thick, is hard to manage and hard to style. Frizz, dryness, and split ends that can be compared to a haystack out on a hot summer day 🤮 But Redken actually succeeded with what many other products have disappointed me over.. even products that are meant solely for frizzy hair have a hard time taming or nourishing my unruly hair. So, what benefits did I find in this product..? ●Less frizz! Hallelujah 👏 ●Visibly more shine ✨️ ●Softer and more manageable hair ●5-minute processing time! (Everything else takes a long time 😂) Did I find any downsides then..? Yes, I would call it a little luxury problem.. because my hair was so much softer (and rehydrated?) I had trouble with the styling holding when I curled my hair, for example. Normally, I don’t need to use texture sprays or similar, but now the hair was so soft that the styling fell apart quite quickly 🤭 One more thing I noticed was that I felt like my hair got greasy a little faster than usual.. not a big problem for me, but it might be good to know 😊 I would have posted before and after pictures if it weren’t for the fact that I’m in a period where I’m losing a lot of hair due to personal reasons. It wouldn’t give a fair representation of it then. But I promise you would have seen the difference! 🙏 I believe you would notice a significant difference in your hair quality over time when using this series. I have tested Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo, Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner, and Acidic Bonding Concentrate 5-Min Mask together. Otherwise good scent, good bottle, and so on! No issues there 😊 #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Fantastic caring product 👏👏414 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 5 out of 5

Hair Mask
I have as #lykoinflutester tested some products from #redken and have now tried both shampoo, conditioner, and this hair mask for about 3 weeks. When it comes to the starting point, I would say that my hair is a bit on the drier side, highlighted, and thick with thinner hair strands. All of the products make a good impression on me. This hair mask makes my hair soft and very easy to comb. I don't feel like you need a lot of product for it to have an effect on the hair, which is a plus!! A big plus is also that it provides heat protection. The scent is a bit fruity, and it smells like a hair salon when you step out of the shower. However, I noticed the last time I used the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask that my hair smelled a bit musty after a few days. I haven't experienced this with any product before, and I find it hard to say whether it's the product or something else that has caused this with my hair. Maybe someone else has experienced this? Overall, I think it's a great mask that really does what it promises. My hair feels less damaged after use. 4/5 ⭐️ Picture 1 - the product Picture 2 - before Picture 3 - after1 product in post Hair Mask326 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Acidic Bonding Concentrate 5-Min Mask
I have been so lucky to test Redken's "Acidic Bonding Concentrate" series. This is the treatment in the series, and the bottle states that you should use it once a week. The consistency is a bit creamier and runnier than the conditioner, and it looks almost glossy/shimmery when you take it in your hand (without there actually being mica or glitter in it). It has a whopping 16% Bonding Care Complex, so expectations were high. Even though I rinsed my hair well, my hair felt greasy and heavy as soon as it dried naturally. This surprised me a lot since I have fully bleached and very damaged hair. The second time I used it, however, I was more careful with the amount and rinsed it out even better, and got a lovely result. Be careful not to make the mistake of using conditioner before the treatment! If you use conditioner before the treatment, you close the cuticles of the hair strands, and since the molecules in the mask are smaller than in the conditioner, they won't be able to penetrate to treat the hair strand. Then you lose the full effect of the treatment. Something I must mention, since the products contain AHA (alpha hydroxy acid), it states on the bottle that the product may increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun. So if you use this regularly, it is actually wise to protect the scalp 🧢 Another thing to know is that Redken's "Bonding Care Complex" series is a combination of acidic pH (citric acid) + nourishing/sealing ingredients. So you don't need to use shampoo + conditioner/treatment together to "activate" anything. They enhance each other in the series, but it's not like the shampoo is necessary to create the bonds to the conditioner, as you would do in e.g. plex products. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN1 product in post Acidic Bonding Concentrate 5-Min Mask484 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner
I have been so lucky to test Redken's "Acidic Bonding Concentrate" line. And I must start by saying that this actually surprised me! Here we are talking about a thick consistency of the conditioner, almost a bit of a "rich cream" feel. It glides nicely through the hair and detangled my hair well in the shower. I recommend squeezing out as much water as possible before applying it, so the product doesn't get diluted and you achieve maximum effect. But watch the amount, as it can feel a bit heavy. This contains 11% Bonding Care Complex, and I feel that my hair actually becomes softer and more manageable afterwards. The only problem I have is that the bottle is made of hard plastic, so the product is a bit tricky to get out - if the bottle isn't standing up/down in the shower. Still, I like the result: my hair feels clean and smoother. For my fully bleached hair, it worked just fine! 🥰 Something I must mention, since the products contain AHA (alpha hydroxy acid), it says on the back of the bottle that the product can increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun. So if you use this regularly, it's actually wise to protect the scalp 🧢 Another thing to know is that Redken's "Bonding Care Complex" line is a combination of acidic pH (citric acid) + caring/sealing ingredients. So you don't need to use shampoo + conditioner together to "activate" anything. They enhance each other in the line, but it's not like the shampoo is necessary to create the bonds to the conditioner, as you would do in e.g. plex products. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN1 product in post Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner559 views
