I'm continuing to embrace my natural waves and find the best way to style it!🤗 I've seen many videos where a special brush from #denman has been used to define the curls more. Did I buy one? Yes, of course! 🤩 In general, I like it when I get wider strands (”clumps” in English) rather than many thin ones, but many hairs seem to get it even though it's narrow between the bristles in the brush, so I'm testing! There are many techniques for this, and I've only half-heartedly tried to brush through strand by strand (wet) and shake them a bit so they grab onto each other. Before that, I applied all products except the oil. I applied the oil after I scrunched the curls/waves and blow-dried the hair completely dry with a diffuser. I take the oil in my hands when I scrunch out the hard curls so they get a bit of moisture and bounce. I think the hair turned out nice, even though I still prefer wider strands and miss my best mousse (Bed head Tigi Foxy Curls). Next time, I will try to twist the brush a bit and see if it creates more “spiral-like” strands.
