My rating is a strong 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE! Compensation from Lyko! 🚨 Referring to my review below – the Polish customer service office reacted promptly and rose to the occasion! Logistical errors were fully corrected: 1️⃣ The missing bag no. 7 was sent to me 😊 Inside I found the promised, iconic mini NARS rose and a sample of L’Occitane oil (I’m adding a photo to the gallery!). 😍 2️⃣ For the torn seam of the collective bag, I received a 75 PLN voucher for my next purchase from the store! 💸 Huge plus for Lyko for their professional approach to premium customers and quick problem resolution. The cosmetic content still deserves a strong 4/5, and now the bad taste from logistics has been completely erased! 💜✨ ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Regarding the cosmetic content itself, there are good premium brands like Natasha Denona, Oribe, Dr Dennis Gross, Paula’s Choice, and Elixir Cosmeceuticals, which suit my mature and dry skin and demanding hair. All the cosmetics I found inside have perfect, long expiration dates. Unfortunately, the joy of unboxing was completely spoiled by the poor packaging quality and quality control in the warehouse. The luxurious plum-colored collective bag was forcibly and thoughtlessly squeezed into a too-small box. Under the enormous pressure during transport, the side seam of the bag simply burst, leaving a large, unsightly hole 🥹 Worse, in my copy, the entire bag number 7 was missing, in which the iconic NARS rose should have been (instead of 28 planned products, I have 27) 💔 Because of this, the whole thing looks like a reject from sorting, not a premium product for so much money, because I think this set is not worth that much. Additionally, I think that at such a high calendar price, the manufacturer unnecessarily included a plastic massaging gadget inside. Such devices are, for me, just fillers – not everyone will use it, and the quality of workmanship is far below the rest. In my opinion, a more useful cosmetic like a luxury serum should have been included 🤩 Of course, the issue with the missing cosmetic and the holey bag has been reported to the Polish customer service office, and I am waiting for their response. Logistics and customer treatment are a big minus, which reduces the value of the whole set. This does absolutely nothing and really deserves a complaint. The hair looks exactly the same after use, so you might as well not use it. It's also expensive, and I can't imagine it being economical to use (if you were to use it up, it will probably end up in the trash). Really a bad buy – not recommended. I've used Maria Nila's powder for many years and thought I'd try something new, so I ended up with this. I actually like all products from Olaplex and am therefore very surprised by the quality of this one. I've tried applying it in different ways, close, further away, letting it sit, massaging it in, and using more or less product, but the result is the same – no difference. Testing a bottle of Olaplex's Bond Smoother now, and unfortunately I have to say I haven't noticed as much effect as I hoped for😅 I think the hair looks so greasy if you apply it to dry hair. So now I've only used it on towel-dried hair before blow-drying, since it is heat-protective and reduces frizz🥰 I think it works fine for that, but nothing Wow. When turning the bottle upside down for a few days didn’t help, I had to do the only right thing; demolish it! 😈 I struggle with packaging where you have to break into it to get the last bit out. Or in some cases, not even the last bit, but after 2/3 of the bottle you have to bring out the pruning shears (love you Maria Nila but your pump bottle for color refresh leaves something to be desired there 😜 But it’s solid to get through, I’ll give you that 😄 if there was a thickness rating for packaging. I would claim that this mask is the absolute best for moisture that exists on the market. You notice an immediate difference, one wash is enough. I personally have Nordic striped hair that is bleached, and my hair looks so fresh and undamaged after using this. I hope they never stop producing this, but I find that it is harder to get now..
