I have typical Nordic skin that easily gets sunburned, but gets a nice golden color if I use sunscreen. I experience my skin as thin, fragile, and "hard" in the winter months. I have started to notice fine lines around the corners of my mouth, and thus focused on these when the product was tested. These patches are soft, with a thickness of about 1mm. They don't tolerate much handling, so you have to be careful with the included tweezers that sit at the top of the protective lid under the screw cap. They sit nicely on the skin and stick quickly without rolling off. However, you must keep your face still, without making grimaces, eating, drinking, or smiling widely. I let these sit for at least 15 min for full effect! I saw immediate results after just the first few times, and I'm quite impressed with what PT Roth has achieved here! I use these 2-3 times a week. The skin feels "plumped" and somewhat "lifted" after use. I used these BEFORE the cream in the same series, lyko.com/no/peter-thomas-roth/peter-thomas-roth-firmx-collagen-moisturizer (also read my own review here) The skin is smooth after use and feels gentle on the skin. They smell moderately of silicone, with a hint of mild medical/neutral soap. The patches come in two different shapes, one crescent-shaped and one elongated. (The crescents come in 2 stacks, the elongated in 1) I deduct 0.5 stars because I find them somewhat fragile, the first ones tore at the edges from the tweezers, and 0.5 stars for slight acne breakouts at the beginning, my skin needed time to adjust to this product. The price is absolutely reasonable considering how much comes with it. (90 pcs) Here you have enough for many nice self-care moments! The product delivers what it promises, the fine lines are definitely reduced. PS!
