Smells much better than other pistachio scents!
This body mist from #daar really surprised me! π I usually don't like pistachio scents, especially not after I tried Cleans which made me feel incredibly sick. π I only tested this in-store and think the scent lasted more than 1.5 hours at least, which I think is good for a body mist! π€ Nice hints of vanilla that you notice right away! Actually, I prefer more floral/fresh scents and think this gets a bit too "heavy" after a while β but it smells much better than many other pistachio scents and therefore still gets a high rating. Terrible...
I've never disliked a product as much as I do this one. I have dry skin and thought this would be exciting to try since I've seen it marketed as "just focusing on moisture." 1. WHY is the 4th ingredient alcohol? It's so incredibly bad for the skin and unnecessary in a product like this. Alcohol dries out the skin, so regardless of whether you feel an effect immediately, the brand is basically trying to create dependency by drying out the skin long-term. π π‘ 2. Then it contains silica, which I understand is to give that "matte" feeling, but it's also very concerning that they put such a product in skincare. 3. The product stinks of perfume. Irritates the skin. π All in all, I will NEVER buy this product again and am so incredibly disappointed at how one can even make a product containing such harmful ingredients. π Would give it 0 if I could. I have thin, bleached, and damaged hair from 6 years of bleaching. I tried this whipped cream from Milk Shake and hereβs what I think:: π Positive: - Reduces frizz - Makes hair easier to manage βοΈ - Made my hair a bit rough and I immediately felt like I needed some oil afterward for it to feel "normal" again. - Smells very strong - I find it hard to apply evenly. Super nice product. I have fine thin hair that has been bleached for 6 years and has been through a lot. Here is what I think about Milk Shakes Leave in conditioner π€οΈ Positive: - Smells good, and not too much. - Softens the hair immediately - Light bottle that allows easy application β Negative - I usually get a bit scared of products that smell a lot because it feels like it's bad for the hair. In this product, I see that perfume and alcohol are at the bottom of the ingredients list, but it still feels a bit scary. - Don't experience any wow results. I just got a haircut before I started using this shampoo and conditioner, and I still (1.5 months later) feel like I just got a haircut because I haven't gotten any split ends. π€ Positive: - Concentrated so a small drop goes a long way - Nice scent - Helps to strengthen and build up my hair - You can clearly feel that it repairs π€ Negative: - The only negative thing I have to say is the price.
