After testing four products from the Matrix Food for soft series for many weeks, I have become quite hooked on the scent, and this little gem here smells a notch BETTER than both shampoo, conditioner, and serum - which also smell lovely. The product provides deep care for the hair that lasts a long time. My hair gets tired quickly after washing since I have light highlights, but on the occasions I have used this, it feels like my hair is freshly cut and really healthy. I don't always take the time to use a hair mask, but since this one came into my home, I have stepped up my game and realized what I have been missing. The mask is a bit pricey but is large and extremely economical in use. I prefer to blow-dry my hair as it has an annoying tendency to become heavy and flat from air-drying after using many nourishing products. But after blow-drying, I find that my hair retains more volume than I thought was possible. It's clear that it needs a lot of nourishment to stay airy after blow-drying and that this mask doesn't weigh the hair down - quite the opposite. I have normal to fine Nordic hair that gets dry in the winter, and I have tried a lot to tame static and frizzy hair, but I have never found anything that doesn't make my hair look heavy and dead, but this surprises, my hair is airy and light, and I can brush through without it getting stuck. Lovely mild scent that lasts long.

I have combined this with the conditioner and hair mask in the same series and am very satisfied with the end result every time. So this is recommended. I think it's a good price for such a great product. Mild and pleasant scent of the å.

Recommended for very dry/normal hair, and if you have thin hair like me, it doesn't weigh the product down, it actually gives more volume. And it smells incredibly good too!

I really like this shampoo, especially in combination with the conditioner from the same line. But as a girl who washes her thick hair every other day, it's just too expensive. A lovely thick conditioner that quickly softens my fine and tangled hair. I like that the upside-down packaging makes it easy to distinguish between shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Despite the ingredients, I don’t find this conditioner particularly moisturizing. I’ve tried it along with the other products in the line as a test pilot for Lyko during a period of weather changes. Last year, I can’t remember having static hair, but I’ve actually had it this year despite using this moisturizing line. The result is, however, detangling, which is also promised.
