I've always had coarse and very tangled hair until I used these products! I wash with pre-shampoo once a week. The shampoo is magical! I love the scents and how little product you need despite my long hair. The conditioner is a bit of a disappointment as I don't think it does much. That's why I mix the conditioner with L'Oréal's other series "glycolic gloss" to get a good result, The leave-in serum is a must! My hair smells so good after I've used the serum!
