Good, but not the best.
Product number 2 of 2 from Fenty to be reviewed is the lip mask. And I am a very diligent user of lip balm, so it was a perfect influencer assignment! Fenty's lip mask is unique. And both in terms of the packaging's appearance (which I have only previously had with a lip product from essence), and the formula/consistency. But I am not completely convinced. š¤ Actually, the packaging is neither bad nor super good. It's just okay. It is, as mentioned, unique. A little fun. š The formula is also, as mentioned, unique. The longevity of the lip mask on the lips is outstanding! I have certainly not had a lip product that has stayed on my lips for so long, and that I haven't needed to reapply for a very long time. So that's almost fantastic! š So does the lip mask do wonders for the lips? Well, I really don't know. The formula is almost like a silicone. Just like the serum that I am also testing, the lip mask gives a stickiness. And I also don't know if the lips become smoother and firmer? Or if the lip mask provides nourishing moisture, as promised. In some way, it feels a bit unclear what I actually think about this. I am not completely sold. As it feels (so far), I probably wouldn't buy it again. A big plus is that it is vegan, as I would like to use vegan products in the first place. But I will use the lip mask until it runs out. And who knows? Doesn't quite make it all the way
First and foremost, I want to say: so incredibly fun that LYKO has been able to get Fenty into their assortment! š„³ And that we got the opportunity to test it. āŗļøš„° To describe my skin, and skin condition: 46 years old, normal to dry skin, that needs moisturizing products. I have some signs of aging/wrinkles. I've had a bit of a tough time lately, which has taken a toll on me. Poor sleep and a lot of stress. To describe the appearance and packaging, the serum is in a nice and handy pump bottle. I also appreciate that it is made of plastic. There is a lot of talk about reducing the use of plastic. But as long as it is recycled, I think plastic is not worse than if it had been a glass bottle. So the packaging is easy to handle during use, as it is not heavy. Handy pump for dosing. The scent is lovely! āŗļø I assume it is melon-scented, since the serum contains fruit juice from Kalahari melon. I associated the scent with peach. The scent strength is medium, so I think even scent-sensitive people wouldn't have a problem with the scent. The consistency of the serum is like a gel. A bit sticky. š But despite its stickiness, I still feel that the serum is absorbed by the skin. I don't have sensitive skin and tolerate most things. But I would say that I find the serum to be mild, and it could also suit people with sensitive skin. After about 10 days of use, my impression is that the serum doesn't quite make it all the way when it comes to moisturizing and plumping my skin. But I've also had a lot of stress, so that could absolutely have a big impact. Maybe I will see a more noticeable result after longer use. Love it but expensive
This lip mask from Fenty is divine. It's my third one, but the first with this scent. Smells like yummy cherries and gives a light pink tint to the lips. Keeps the lips moisturized for a long time, and you don't need much to achieve a good effect. Small and easy to take anywhere. I like the concept of being able to twist out the amount you want, but the downside is that it gets a bit messy. The price range is quite steep for what it is and that amount, but it's generally known for the brand. A glowing serum for a fresh look
A serum with a cocktail of moisturizing ingredients that is supposed to give a glowing finish. Pump bottle which is totally right as the serum itself has a thicker consistency. The finish is definitely glowing. It moisturizes well and I think it suits my dry skin nicely. It will be a bit too rich for oilier skin types though. A good day serum as part of the morning routine. Iām not a huge fan of primers, I think a good moisturizer can do a similar job! What I did like about this one was that it gave a glow, like a pink/purple sheen under the makeup that was super pretty! I also loved the consistency because it felt almost like a moisturizer, not at all sticky/tackyš The packaging was also a plus, I think it looks luxurious and itās fun to have something a little different! Moisturizing gloss
As #lykoinflutester I have tested #fentybeauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer Fenty Glow. I was initially unsure about the color, but it was much prettier than I thought. I used the product once during the day and thought it held up well until I had dinner. But thatās also the case with other glosses. When I buy Lip Gloss, itās important for me that it doesnāt stick and leave "a white gunk" on my lips. The lip gloss didnāt stick, and I didnāt get any "gunk" either. I am very satisfied with the product, but the price is probably something that might make me not choose to buy it next time. š¦ I have as #lykoinflutester tried this setting spray from #fentybeauty! š¦ I have mixed feelings about this spray. What is good is that I really like the very fine mist, that it is fragrance-free, and I think my makeup holds a bit better with it. What I thought was less good is that I didn't really experience the makeup āmelting togetherā like with other wet setting sprays I've tried. When I spray it, my skin, as mentioned, becomes very wet but dries so that it almost feels ādry,ā even though you get glow in the moment. I don't feel like my setting powder, for example, melts in, but it still looks dry. On the other hand, I feel that my skin becomes less shiny throughout the day. In the video, I haven't used anything to refresh my base during the day, and it still looks nice despite a combination skin type! š What I would have wished from this spray is that it melted my base together better, so that powder products ādisappearā into the cream products, and that the skin becomes more glowy in a natural and hydrated way, rather than the base looking more powdery. I got to try this Setting Spray from Fenty Beauty, and my experience with it is that there is potential for it to be a really good product, but unfortunately it just didn't suit me optimally. To start with, I rarely wear makeup and very little. I can imagine that you get more out of the product's functions if you use more foundation and other makeup. I personally use a maximum of a thin layer of BB cream at its height and a little bronzer/rouge. I have used the spray over just primer, tinted sunscreen, or BB cream as well as cream bronzer and blush. There I absolutely experience that the makeup's longevity is good, especially considering that I haven't even used powder. However, it probably doesn't quite suit my skin type unfortunately. I have combination/oily skin, and this lays almost like a shiny film on the makeup. It makes me just look oily in the skin, I think. Itās like it continues to look wet even after the spray has dried in. The skin then feels a bit sticky, but not in a āstickyā way, rather like a glass surface. The formula is light and pleasant. It creates very small droplets that distribute evenly. That itās a metal bottle feels nice, but unfortunately it had gotten a small dent during delivery. A slightly strange scent brings the rating down a bit, but otherwise I find this to be a really good product that just doesn't suit me! Iām posting a video where you can see the finish. Look especially at the T-zone and chin, and youāll surely understand what I mean by looking oily. šI have as #lykoinflutester tested this lovely lip gloss from #fentybeauty in the color Fu$$y! š This is a really nice and especially lovely lip gloss in a transparent dusty rose color with very fine silver glitter in it. On the lips, it doesn't look glittery, but just very glossy. The gloss is not sticky at all, but feels really nice and moisturizing on the lips. So the lips don't get flaky like they can with other lip products, so it acts like a lip balm + lip gloss in one! This color works really well to wear alone on the lips as a āclear glossā since the color is very transparent, or even better together with your favorite lip liner. In the video, I used Mac's āStripdownā. For a lip gloss, I think the longevity is really good, I can eat or drink but still feel a layer on my lips instead of them feeling super dry. But you definitely have to reapply throughout the day like with most lip products. Smoothing and lovely
I got to test this primer from Fenty Beauty and my first impression was of course that it was a very lovely bottle! The content is just as purple as the mascaras you see from the outside, and the product even shapes itself almost the same when you pump it out! The formula is about like a lotion but maybe a liiitle bit on the gel side. Itās not sticky at all like Iām used to with many other primers. When you pat/rub it in, it feels more like a regular face cream than you clearly experience the grip. My experience is that the primer mainly seems to smooth out the texture on the face. I have a few bumps on my cheeks and feel that my skin feels a bit smoother. One pump is enough for the whole face! I wear very little makeup and rarely, so I donāt know how it holds up when using many layers and thicker layers of foundation etc. I usually use a thin layer of BB cream or tinted sunscreen, but still get a nice and even result with glow. I have combination/oily skin, so the mattifying effect might have worked even better for me. The longevity gets an absolute thumbs up. In combination with the setting spray I also got to test, the makeup looked reasonably good after 12 hours consisting of a workday partially outdoors and a workout at the gym. Pretty color and gloss!
I got to try this lip gloss that smells like candyš¬š¬ itās such a pretty color with a lovely gloss. The best part is that the color is so natural and itās almost like I feel it just enhances my own lip color? Maybe I just got really lucky with the shade, but it suits me as I like to have something discreet on my lips if Iām going to wear anything at all. Feels like skincare!

Perfect if you don't like the feeling of makeup and want a glowy base The primer has no scent which is a big plus. My skin is combination with larger pores in the t-zone and fine lines on my forehead. Unfortunately, I didn't experience my fine lines being plumped, but I did feel that my base generally became more even and maybe held better. The primer has worked well with silicone-based foundation and other silicone-based cream products. I have also noticed that my lines under the eyes become less prominent after using powder there with this, which is still good! Overall, I absolutely think my makeup holds well throughout the day, but not better than other drugstore primers I've tried. I finally tried Fenty Beauty's You Mist Makeup-Extending Setting Spray, and I have to say I'm really impressed! I think the packaging is super cute and has a good size.
