I have to say this little tube pleasantly surprised me! For reference: I have sensitive and combination skin. Sometimes dry on the cheeks. It applied really nicely on the skin and truly gave a dewy glow 💦 I applied two layers on the cheeks for extra glow. It doesn’t provide coverage, if you want that this is not the product for you. COMPLETELY amazing bronzer!
It is so creamy and easy to work with. Never gets patchy and works perfectly on top of other cream products without lifting the base, which is a big plus. It is very buildable, easy to blend out, and simple to correct if you accidentally apply too much. The result is even and stays looking nice all day, especially on the cheeks where it stays put like a rock. One small thing: I find that it can disappear a bit faster on the forehead if I sweat. But honestly, that’s probably more because I don’t set it properly with powder or use fixing spray, so it’s more about my technique than the product. However, I would have wished for more shades, as the range feels a bit limited and not entirely inclusive. In summary: a really great bronzer that is easy to use and gives a beautiful result. This palette is absolutely amazing, especially for those of you with a cool undertone! Here are my thoughts after trying it out: Formulation & Pigment • Pigmentation: Really good color payoff overall. • Finish: A perfect blend of matte shadows and shimmer/glitter. The formulation feels consistent throughout the palette. • Favorite: The silver shadow is absolutely amazing – perfect for a bold silver look! My best application tips 💡 To get the most out of the glittery shadows and minimize fallout: 1. Tool: Use your fingertip or a damp, flat brush to make the glitter really "pop". 2. @inglot Duraline: Want extra intensity? Mix with a drop of Duraline. 3. Base: Apply on a sticky base (eyeshadow primers or concealer work great) for best results. It’s also very easy to do a cut crease on top of the base! 4. @LHcosmetics Sparkl: To avoid fallout on the cheeks, you can "set" the shadow with a liquid glitter product (e.g., LH Cosmetics Sparkl). Any downsides? The only negative is that there is some "kickback" (powder flying up) in the pan when dipping the brush, but that doesn’t bother me personally since the result on the eye is so good. Summary: LOVE IT! A perfect 5-star for anyone who loves cool tones and shimmer. As a make up artist i seldom use such eyeshadow sticks as a final make up product, but often use it as a make up base. When it comes to this eyeshadow stick from Make up store i actually have been pleasantly surprised and can recommend it to everyone who wants quick and easy make up, both for day and evening. Works, but not for everyone
🌿 Product name: Milk Makeup Kush High Roll Mascara 💰 Price: Mid-range for high-end mascaras 🌱 Key ingredients: Hemp oil, synthetic beeswax 👀 Promises: Volume, lift, definition, and care As someone who rarely uses mascara, I had high expectations for this – especially since Milk Makeup is known for its innovative and vegan products. The packaging is sleek and sturdy, and the brush has an hourglass shape designed to provide volume and lift. Application and experience Unfortunately, I found the formula to be quite thick, and it clumped on my long lashes right from the first stroke. Even though the brush feels good and covers the lashes quickly, I had to work quite a bit to distribute the product evenly. If you have long lashes, it can be a challenge to avoid the mascara clumping at the tips and creating a «spider leg» effect. It stays nicely in place and doesn’t transfer much, but after a few hours, I noticed it started to flake a bit. I don’t have oily eyelids, but I can imagine that those who do might experience some smudging. It’s not waterproof, so it doesn’t handle rain or tears particularly well. A plus is that it’s easy to remove with micellar water or an oil-based makeup remover. No unnecessary rubbing, which I appreciate.
