Suffocating and cheap fragrance
The title says it all as well as my video but I will try to break down the points why I disliked this perfume. - The picture of the fragrance and liquid color is not the same. Photo or product picture is pink, when in reality the fragrance is dark yellow/brown. - The name New York didn’t give me any association with this one, the perfume is suffocating and even one spray is too much. - I am very grateful to be a Lyko influencer and try different things, so I’m glad I tried it and can say that I don’t recommend it :) - Price point is not fair, you can add 200 kr and buy something more pleasant. The smell is very similar to any cheap perfumes on the market. The packaging, the volume, the smell
I have been testing Versace Bright Crystal for a while and I have to say: - smell is perfect for the summer - gives clean girl vibes both for the bottle and smell - works well not only on skin, but clothes - feminine youthful smell so it’s suitable for all ages - good price to try something new - florals in the perfume and it’s very obvious - it’s sweet but yet not unbearable and light - can be a cute gift because of cute packaging I took one star because I believe some notes of this fragrance disappear very quickly and leave only floral smell which can be a *no* to some people who don’t love floral perfume, bear in mind‼️ Overall, I personally loved this perfume and will be using it in daily life as well as it’s easy to take with me on trips hence the volume of the bottle. I loved the texture of shampoo and conditioner, and it delivered soft hair as a result. There are several steps to make your makeup stay longer and they all depend on what style you want to achieve. I am not big on full coverage or matte finishes and prefer something more dewy or satin. It’s hard to achieve in humid weather, that’s why I need to use techniques such as underpainting and layering to make sure makeup stays. Universal product both for face and body
Urban Decay Face Bond Compact Luminizer is something I wanted to try and was so happy to receive it for the test! Great universal luminizer that can be used both for face and body. I used it on eyelids for the sparkle, a bit as a highlighter and for the body. Easy to carry with you, and easy to apply. I would say you can mix it with body oil or a moisturizer to create a dewier look. One star is because it’s still a bit more sparkly-glittery than dewy, just keep that in mind. Glassy glow that's really cool looking for the summer
I am a makeup artist and have been using tons of different setting sprays. Most of the time I prefer the ones with the glow, that's why I chose All Nighter Glow Finish from Urban Decay for the test. There isn't much to say about sprays except their functionality and some perks like a nice smell or finish. This spray: - really gives you a cute wet glow, that looks good both for a high coverage or low coverage makeup look 👍 - it holds makeup well, and hydrates the places with powder products on it. 👍 - the spray works well and doesn’t just splash into your face, very mild mist 👍 - I used it both for my type of combination skin and also on several models, all tolerated it well. 👍 the downside might be the smell. Because it has this typical setting spray smell, that can be found in many. (Makeup Revolution Glow Spray for example). It's not something bad, but it's sweet and plastic-y at the same time, if that makes sense 👎 That's why I removed one star, but again it's not very strong and it settles and disappears much once on the face.
