I had planned to do a real eye makeup for the 30th birthday party yesterday, but I changed my mind along the way, so it turned into a lighter makeup with some of my favorites, and I also tried the setting powder from Make up store for the first time. A classic that delivers on its promises!
When I first used this concealer, I was maybe 13 years old and didn’t understand anything about color correction and didn’t use the whole color wheel, that was in the 90s 💁🏻♀️ Now I’m instead more clumsy at filming myself properly.. But I at least started by going in with the green shade to tone down the red and then I dabbed a tiny bit of the beige to brighten under the eyes. The consistency was creamier than I remember and very long-lasting! It stayed in place all day even without powder. I mean this mascara! Wow, I can only say. My lashes are flat and stick straight out. I always use an eyelash curler, but still I find that they "flatten out" during the day. But this mascara separates every single lash and gives an incredibly nice curl. Just pretty good
I got to #lykoinflutester :test the #makeupstore mascara and I am very grateful💕 I have relatively long lashes, but without waterproof mascara, they tend to droop towards the floor, which is why it’s not suitable for me.😔 The mascara brush separates the lashes beautifully and gives really good volume, but unlike what it promises, it at least flakes off the lower lashes throughout the day. I believe the product could work wonderfully for someone with naturally curled lashes or for example a lash lift, because then the mascara doesn’t need to hold the curl! I was lucky enough to test the #makeupstore amazing concealer palette #lykoinflutester :inä✨ I have acne and also naturally dark under-eye circles, which is why I was excited to test the product!😍 The packaging is cute and conveniently small, it takes up almost no space in my makeup bag or in a large handbag, which is a big plus. Even though the palette is small, it doesn't mean it won't last long as the product is very economical!🥰 The product itself; there are three shades, a greenish one to cover redness, a reddish one to cover dark under-eye circles, and a lighter one to brighten😍😍 The product can be applied with a brush, makeup sponge, or even just with your fingers. Not great...
I had high hopes for this mascara, as I often hear good things about the brand. But unfortunately, it fell flat for me. I would describe my eyelashes as "OK". They are somewhere in between in length and volume. What I look for in a mascara is that it should give them that little extra that takes them from "OK" to "good". It doesn't need to look like false eyelashes for a mascara to be considered well approved. The effect this mascara gives on my lashes I would describe as marginal improvement. They get darker and thicker, but that's about it. The brush is quite okay and easy to work with, the formula is neither too wet nor too dry. Despite this, it couldn't live up to my expectations, what could be wrong, one might wonder? + easy to work with + doesn't smudge during the day + fairly easy to remove in the evening with remover + good blackness - marginal improvement overall In hindsight, I read the product description and saw that it is an "everyday-mascara". Great everyday mascara
This is a great mascara for those who don’t want full glamour volume but want to hit every lash! At first, the mascara feels a bit dry and like not much product is coming onto the brush, but it turned out to be the perfect amount, and I found it easy to build up to a more dramatic effect. Totally okay
I was lucky to test this mascara from Makeup Store✨And I must say I only find it to be totally okay. Before I apply mascara, I always curl my lashes with an eyelash curler. Then I apply a thin layer of waterproof mascara so that the curl holds, before I apply another mascara and build up definition and length. After testing this mascara, I tried both with and without a layer of waterproof mascara: 😕In the top picture here, only eyelash curler and the mascara from Makeup Store were used. The result was little volume and very straight lashes, without much curl. ✅In the bottom picture, I first applied a thin layer of another waterproof mascara, before I built up the lashes with this mascara from MakeupStore, and I was actually quite satisfied with this result! ✨The mascara brush is small and easy to handle, so there is little mess - which is definitely a plus! You can easily build up the lashes with multiple layers without flaking and clumping. ✨The price is also reasonable compared to my regular mascara from Sensai. 👀Unfortunately, I experienced that the mascara smudged over and under my eyes towards the end of the day. Granted, after a busy day of both studying and work, but it’s still something I absolutely do not want from a mascara. ✨However, it was incredibly easy to remove the mascara in the evening. 💫Positives: -small practical brush -easy to wash off -can be built up with multiple layers -doesn’t clump -reasonable price ➖Negatives -smudges throughout the day -doesn’t hold the curl in the lashes I would therefore say that this mascara is totally okay. Concealer with high pigmentation and thick consistency
This concealer has become somewhat of a classic, and it's easy to see why. With three different shades, a red to neutralize blue (think dark circles), a green for red areas (hello pimples!) and a beige to brighten; you get a tool that can be tailored to the skin's needs and the season. It's like having a mini-correction studio in your bag! Products have high pigmentation, but it is very thick in consistency which makes it hard to blend out. When I applied it under my eyes on the first try under foundation, I felt it took a long time to achieve a nice result (a lot of dabbing with a makeup sponge). And when I applied it on top of the foundation, the foundation almost came off because of the thick consistency. This made it look like I had “dots” of color in some places due to the high pigmentation and difficult blending..😕 For those with very dry skin or who want a lighter concealer for everyday use, it might feel a bit too much. I also wished for a different type of packaging, I found it a bit difficult to get the product out of the packaging. Cover All Mix The Original from Make Up Store, a small palette with great potential, but not for everyone 🎨✨

But when it comes to the actual result… it unfortunately falls a bit flat. The brush is small and handy, which some might like for getting into the corners of the eyes. The consistency is okay, neither too dry nor too wet; but the lashes don’t stay curled for very long. After a few hours, the mascara starts to disappear, and I ended up with mascara on my eyelids, and the lashes lose their shape. It’s a bit like the look you worked on in the morning slowly melts away during the day. One plus is that it’s easy to remove and doesn’t irritate sensitive eyes, which is always important. But when it comes to longevity and effect, there are other mascaras that do the job better, and at a lower price. So, even though the packaging is nice and the idea is good, this is not a mascara that impresses. Good shades but difficult consistency
I received #Makeupstore Cover All Mix The Original for review. I have mostly tried the peachy and green concealer from the palette. I feel that the third light shade is a bit unnecessary since I use other products for highlighting. The red shade neutralizes the darkness under the eyes, and the green helps with redness around the nostrils and in the center of the face. The lightness of the shades suits my skin well. I apply the product with an eyeshadow brush to the necessary areas before other makeup. The consistency could be better. When it dries, it becomes a bit waxy. When I try to work this product on top of, for example, foundation, the products do not necessarily blend together. The concealer may start to move, especially with the brush, and there may be unblended patches left on the skin. I get the product to work by dabbing other products on top with a makeup sponge. My skin is especially very dry at this time of year. The product often does not settle evenly under the eyes or in other dry areas, even though I have focused on moisturizing my face. Warming the product with my finger helps a bit. Practical, compact, and long-lasting!
Let me first tell you a bit about myself, that I rarely use foundation and even less often concealer. So, I have maybe tried color corrector once or twice in my life. The reason for that is that I don’t really know how to use it, or at least that’s how I feel. However, I do have a need for it 😆😅. After all, I am a middle-aged woman whose face also shows dark circles under the eyes and other color variations. The first impression of the product is that it’s nice since it’s creamy, so you would think it would be easy to use. The packaging and compartments are also very small. You don’t need much of the product, but I’m wondering how I can take it out in a sensible way with my fingers without digging it out with my nails. 🤔 we will see ☺️😅 For my first try, I applied the color correcting darker shade under my eye and also the lighter skin tone to brighten under the eye. It actually brightened and looked relatively natural. So I managed to use it 🤩 in the next try I used the green on the side of my nose and elsewhere where I saw red, like salmon pink under the eyes, and again the light where I need brightening. Well, you can imagine how that went. And I also took videos & pictures 😅 (too bad I didn’t take any on the first try 😶) There are already many products on the list, and clearly, I didn’t manage to apply it sufficiently little, as it starts to settle after half a day. Even though everything is set with powder and still has setting spray on top. I realize that makeup can always be seen on the skin, but I don’t like the bumpy appearance that inevitably comes out at some point during the day. It can be seen, for example, on the cheeks, chin, and the center of the forehead. And for that reason, I generally don’t use makeup on my face. I think the product seems quite promising, even for me, who is definitely not used to using these. It just needs a little getting used to and learning. Now I have applied the product with my fingers because I thought that the warmth from my fingers would help in applying it and that I would get it on sufficiently lightly/thinly. The three mentioned colors are completely sufficient to cover the areas that need it. Due to its small size, it’s also easy to take along when traveling. At first, it felt difficult to take the product, but I came to the conclusion that precisely because of its small size, I don’t accidentally take too much. The product spreads relatively easily even with fingers, so the warmth helps with that. I received #makeupstore Multi Lash Definition Mascara for evaluation. Considering the product's price and appearance, I expected more. The mascara was difficult to layer, and it didn't provide much length. The curl of the lashes fell flat almost immediately, especially at the outer corner of the eyes. I've been testing this mascara for a while, and it has proven to be a great companion in everyday makeup. Light formula
I got to test this concealer trio, and it has become an obvious part of my makeup routine. The design is sleek and feels professional, and I like how easy it is to work with the three different shades for different needs. Not impressed
I have been testing the Multi Lash Definition Mascara Black for a few weeks & I must say I am unfortunately not impressed. The design is very nice & I have never really been disappointed by #makeupstore products before. I was pleasantly surprised by the small brush, it was easy & to apply on the lashes, it looked really good to start with! Got long & curled lashes 👌 After a few hours, the mascara started to flake + clump and the lashes fell down. Not for me
Mascara that is 3 in 1, it promises both volume, curl, and length. The first impression of the product is that it seems almost festive due to the silver packaging. The brush seems suitably small, and the mascara itself seems suitably creamy; not too dry or too watery. My makeup use is precisely mascara and brows, that’s it. But with mascaras, I’m used to using waterproof mascara. And the biggest thing for me is durability and curl. Other mascaras tend to struggle to hold the curl. I feel that my lashes are quite long and healthy otherwise, and I take care of them every night with a serum designed for that. With the small brush, you can reach tight spots like the inner and outer corners of the eye. It’s also really easy to apply the product, and it spreads very evenly. Watching the video, you can see how beautifully it actually applies, and the lashes look long and curled. I would say this is a perfect alternative if you’re not looking for waterproof. The product indeed lasts all day; it doesn’t smudge under the eyes or flake off onto the cheeks. There’s a hint of extra length on my lashes (if that even counts, compared to what I usually have) and as for the curl, it started to drop right after I stepped out the door. In the picture afterward, you can see how the lashes are already starting to fall forward. There are several layers of mascara. In a very natural look, this could work. It depends a lot on what you’re looking for. I’m attaching a picture showing what I personally look for in a mascara. Unfortunately, this didn’t score very high on my scale. The only good things I found about this are its longevity and the size of the brush. I have been testing Cover All Mix The Original from #makeupstore now for a few weeks! I struggle with dry skin, especially in the winter, so I was a bit worried about how the concealer would work for my face. But it was no problem, it has a very creamy consistency & applies nicely on the skin👌 I have mostly used the green shade to cover the redness on my cheeks as I struggle with rosacea & it "breaks" out more when it gets colder outside. I have also used the red shade under my eyes. Perfect Colors
I got to test this product and wow! It really does the job. I have the lightest shade and all 3 colors can be used on my relatively light skin tone. It is creamy and works perfectly to use both on its own if you use just a tiny bit of product. It can be used under makeup to provide more coverage without having to use a thick layer of foundation. I have a bit of redness around my nose and red spots from old pimples. The green shade evens it out perfectly as you can see in the picture. Also, I get dark/purple around my eyes, especially in the corners of my eyes towards my nose. Flakes
I really like how the result looks right after application, but unfortunately, it doesn't stay nice over time. It's a shame because I think the packaging is pretty, and I really like the type of brush it has. A small and neat plastic brush that makes it easy to get length and volume without the lashes clumping together. I got a nice and natural result on the lashes, but after a few hours, the curl on the lashes falls and it flakes and smudges unfortunately. The formula is very dry, and that's probably what keeps it from getting clumpy on the lashes, which I like. But unfortunately, it's not a long-lasting formula. If you have oily eyelids like I usually do, this is not a mascara for you. #lykoinflutester #makeupstore
