This is a highlighter that gives a nice glow, without "glitter particles" on the face😅 This highlighter "melts" almost into the skin and doesn't just leave a glittery line on the cheekbones, like many others do. This is not a super pigmented blush, if you're looking for that. But, a very nice blush if you just want a little life in your face💓 I find the blush to be very user-friendly, because it doesn't come with so much pigment at once and it can be built up. A super nice and good brush that feels like good quality. The bristles are soft and comfortable on the skin! This brush can be used for both highlighter or powder. I have mostly used it for highlighter😊 I would say that this brush is best if you want a "glow" on the cheekbones, and it works a bit poorly for very pigmented highlighters due to the size. If you're looking for a makeup brush that feels like silk against the skin, this is the one. It's incredibly soft! The brush is large and fluffy, and the shape makes it perfect for blush and bronzer, especially for me with slightly "larger" cheekbones and cheeks. Way too little pigment
I was unfortunately disappointed here. The color looks absolutely gorgeous in the packaging, and I was excited to get it on my cheeks, but it simply does not transfer to the skin. This is the least pigmented of the face products in this series. I find that I have to work really hard with the brush to pick up the product, and even then it’s barely visible on the skin. It doesn’t help to build it up either, as it seems like the "base" in the product is too hard. It’s really a shame, because the shade looks like it could give a fresh pop of color, but when the functionality is lacking, it doesn’t help much. Pretty okay but requires some work
I had high hopes for this bronzer, but unfortunately, it only delivers "mid-level" for me. The biggest problem is the pigmentation. It's simply not pigmented enough. I have to go in with the brush several times and work layer by layer to get any effect or warmth in my face. For someone who likes an efficient morning routine, this is a bit too time-consuming. Once you've built up the color, the result looks decent and natural, and it doesn't go on patchy. But considering how much product you have to use each time, it feels a bit not very economical. I’m often skeptical about highlighters because they can quickly become too glittery or metallic, which emphasizes skin texture that I’d rather hide. This one surprised me positively! ✨ This is a highlighter for you if you want that "inner glow" instead of the disco ball look. It gives a very nice and subtle finish that blends well into the skin. I tested this #makeupstore Domed Powder Brush #06 as part of #lykoinflutester product testing. The brush works well for applying powder products, e.g. blush, bronzer, face powder, depending on the desired result. The bristles feel soft, and since they are not super tightly packed, the product can be applied to the face in a natural way. There is not much risk of the brush picking up too much product. However, you can layer products well with the brush, but the result always feels more natural than with a brush that is more tightly packed. I received this #makeupstore Iconic Radiance Highlighter 20 Champagne Luster for testing as part of #lykoinflutester product testing. The shade of the product is a beautiful champagne shimmer, and it works when my skin is at its lightest, and when I have used self-tanner, for example. I think I have liked the shade of the product more when I have just used self-tanner. The highlighter has a light sheen, not at all glittery or too bright, so it creates a natural finish. The product can be layered well, but I think it looks prettier when applied lightly, creating a glow from within type of, slightly “liquid” glow, especially when I have used, for example, setting spray. The product applies well with a brush, especially with Make Up Store's own highlighter brush. I was recently so lucky to get to test a bunch of products from makeupstore in collaboration with Lyko! For the blush, I chose the color velvet plum, and it is an incredibly beautiful and pigmented blush that is easy to apply and blend due to its soft, almost creamy texture.
