This makeup is (for me) a bit lighter makeup that I use when I don't have much time or just need to run a quick errand in everyday life, But I use some of my absolute favorite products that I always buy, and I thought I would recommend them to you! My go-to products in this makeup: -Nyx micro brow pencil in the shade BLACK (I have such a cool shade on my eyebrows that other colors become too warm) but if you use it loosely, they won't be black as you can see 😇 #nyx #nyxmicrobrowpencil -Lumene blur longwear concealer full coverage in the shade LIGHT, I use it both to carve my eyebrows and also under my eyes etc. when I do a more “proper” makeup #lumene #concealer -MAC blot powder in the shade Light, I have bought this powder 3 times and think it’s great!! I always use the color Chantilly 💕 The first time I tried it, I noticed how creamy it feels in the jar, and how incredibly well it covers without getting heavy. BUT, there are two things you might want to think about: ✨1. Using a brush can get very thick with this, and I recommend using a sponge (preferably a little damp) or fingers. I always warm the product (and limit excess product on sponge/finger) in my hand. Be sparing, as a little goes a long way! ✨2. Skincare! A moisturizing and good routine before makeup matters a lot. I always use milky toner, moisturizing serum, and moisturizer before I do my makeup, even though I can have oily skin. I have combination skin with mild to moderate acne and some pigmentation after breakouts. This is one of the few products I haven't found a good cheaper replacement for. It doesn't separate, and stays matte for a long time. It covers acne, red spots, and dark areas without problems, and sits nicely both under the eyes and as a base for eyeshadow.💕 I recently used it to cover a rash on my chin (irritation from my partner's beard), and it applied evenly without settling into dry skin or texture. It's a true cult favorite for a reason🥰. Even finish, high coverage, and incredibly economical in use. I clicked home this concealer with points that I had here on Lyko and wow what a good concealer. My skin is dry/normal depending on the season and where I am (when I spend time in Spain, my skin becomes more normal, while in Sweden I am usually dry). I also have red areas on my face (especially around the nose) that I have had a hard time covering without it looking cakey or the red shining through. Since green is supposed to cancel out red, I thought I would try this concealer that has three different colors: - The red shade neutralizes blue areas, like under the eyes. - The green shade neutralizes red areas, like pimples or acne scars. - The beige shade can be used to brighten your skin or other shades in the palette. I definitely think it works! I chose to apply the green color on my nose (it's clearly visible in the picture that the red is hardly visible) and the red a little around the eyes. The product is creamy but does not slide around at all, it adheres nicely to the skin. I usually have light products on my face that don't cover much, but I find that this concealer covers super well and it doesn't get cakey at all! It is also not glowy, which is good since you want to cover different areas of the face, so glow can be applied later if you want it without it looking weird. The price is ridiculously good, it requires so little product that it will last a long time for me.
