Now I've found the perfect Barbie pink lip product! Maybelline - Lifter glaze Lipbalm It looks so nice! Has a lot of color which I appreciate and melts nicely on the lips. I wouldn't say it feels super moisturizing. Maybelline BODY Waterproof Mascara x Smartson
First of all, how stylish the design is 🤩🩶 A solid tube that fits the name 💪✨. I have somewhat shorter and straight lashes without an eyelash curler. Therefore, I have used an eyelash curler. USAGE: The brush is large and flexible. The bristles are spaced a bit apart. Easy to apply color and build up. Separates well. But a bit too much. My lashes look fewer but thicker. Easy to build volume, lift, and length. But after a few layers, it clumps at the tips of the lashes. DURABILITY: I find that the lashes stay put during the day, maybe lose a bit of shape. Hardly any smudging. However, I do need powder around the eyes for best durability – with more dewy oil-based makeup or makeup-free days, it can smudge a bit. WATERPROOF? 🤔 The mascara behaves a bit like a 38°C-degree/tubing mascara: I can actually remove it with warm water on a pad and dab a few times, it then comes off in small crumbs. Maybelline Cloudtopia Cheek & Lip Mousse x Smartson
8 Enchanted Mauve looks cool-neutral rosy pink on my fair skin 💗. Very pigmented but easy to apply evenly and blend out on the cheeks. Best application when I put the product on the back of my hand and pick it up from there with a firmer brush (like for liquid products), then dab it onto the cheeks. Really nice. Matte finish. A bit nostalgic too, the mousse reminds me of mousse foundation I used before. Creamy and fluffy soft ☁️. Stays well with powder and setting spray, but has melted away a bit patchy after 5 hours. Scent: No perfume but smells lightly like the pigments I use for art (not strong or disturbing, I don’t notice the scent on the skin). 🎨 Lips / eyes: Didn’t like this on the lips. Feels more like a light tint (not fully covering), drier finish and it settles a bit unevenly there / pigment sticks to dry flakes. Wear: after 2.5 hours + food and drink, lips still have a slight pink tone, but as eyeshadow almost gone and has settled into creases. Maybelline BB Cream SPF50 x Smartson
Tested for a few weeks in different ways. Shade 30 looks more yellow at first, but fits okay for my neutral light facial skin, maybe a shade darker 🌞. Skin type: combination and surface dry that can get a bit shinier towards the end of the day. Usually use separate SPF and CC Cream from Lumene which I like. This BB Cream feels like a moisturizing hybrid of skincare, SPF, and foundation. Rich texture, easy to blend, but doesn’t fully cover my pimples. The finish is nicely dewy but feels sticky – doesn’t fully dry. With a lot of powder it easily gets cakey in some areas, without powder the coverage melts away after a few hours, so it’s a balancing act. Scent: Don’t see perfume in the ingredient list, but I still experience a stronger scent (unfortunately in a stinging way). There’s also something in the product that irritates my eyes/nose if I have it close, so both run... Nice finish, but hard to use as SPF for me over the whole face (can’t have it near eyes/nose). Maybelline Serum Lipstick x Smartson
002 Maybe It’s… is a neutral-warm rusty brownish red on my neutral skin tone (a bit more red than pencil 05 On It). Pink-brown in some lights. I usually like slightly cooler lips – but this one is nice anyway and will probably suit many ♥️🤎 Soft, easy-to-apply formula with a matte finish, but not as moisturizing as I expected. Creamy and opaque at first, but dries down within about an hour and highlights some dry flakes. Scent: Vanilla caramel fudge (a bit annoying scent in my opinion) but disappears quickly. Durability: Okay. After about an hour (walk + water) mostly tint remains. Needs to be reapplied several times during the day to maintain creaminess. Nice packaging, with a small minus for the square cap that only fits in 1 of 4 angles (have to search). Maybelline Lift Liner Lip Liner x Smartson
05 On It turns into a rusty brown warm shade on me with a light neutral skin tone. Maybe a bit too warm for my taste, but I will still continue to use it since you can never have too many lip products to vary between 🤎💋. Easy-to-use pencil that was simple to get even with a slightly thicker tip, a lot of product applies at once. Quite creamy, and a matte finish. Scent: No strong noticeable scent (a plus in my opinion!) After about 5 hours of wear-testing where I both ate food and drank quite a bit of water, unfortunately a lot has disappeared. So not very long-lasting in my opinion.
