Ordered two of the Nyx Buttermelt Blush in these shades: 01 - My Butta Half: A clear, cool candy pink shade with distinctly cool undertones. 06 - For The Butta: A soft, muted cool old rose/purple tone (cool rose/soft mauve). Very satisfied, but the colors when I want cool tones on blush, I would also say they are very pigmented and apply nicely✨ The finish is lightly dewy without looking sticky. My biggest downside is that it contains perfume, and for me who is sensitive to scents, it becomes a problem. But if you don’t have issues with fragrances, I would recommend this! After seeing all the ads for this new product, I couldn't resist trying it! I love blush and tend to overdo the amount🙈 But I am very pale and have little natural color, so blush really does a lot to bring life. The color is absolutely amazing✨ It is deep and cool, and very pigmented. I would think it works for many skin tones since it is quite dark. It feels like a cream blush when applied but sets in place after a while. The product never gets dry and a dewy finish remains. But the wear time is much longer. For best results, I like to put a little product on the back of my hand and then work it into the brush. That way it's easier to get the right amount. I have tried By Lyko Cheek On Fleek Blush and this is what I think! My two favorite colors of all are "Sweet talk", which is the left one in the picture, and "Pink Panic", which is the right one in the picture. Pink Panic is more pigmented and Sweet talk is better if you want a more neutral look. 💞Pros: - Nice colors that suit my fair skin well - Comfortable consistency, almost a "powder to cream" texture 💧Cons: - I think it crumbles a bit too much and therefore feels like you waste product - The colors are quite similar to each other and don’t suit all skin tones. Maybelline Cloudtopia Cheek & Lip Mousse x Smartson
8 Enchanted Mauve looks cool-neutral rosy pink on my fair skin 💗. Very pigmented but easy to apply evenly and blend out on the cheeks. Best application when I put the product on the back of my hand and pick it up from there with a firmer brush (like for liquid products), then dab it onto the cheeks. Really nice. Matte finish. A bit nostalgic too, the mousse reminds me of mousse foundation I used before. Creamy and fluffy soft ☁️. Stays well with powder and setting spray, but has melted away a bit patchy after 5 hours. Scent: No perfume but smells lightly like the pigments I use for art (not strong or disturbing, I don’t notice the scent on the skin). 🎨 Lips / eyes: Didn’t like this on the lips. Feels more like a light tint (not fully covering), drier finish and it settles a bit unevenly there / pigment sticks to dry flakes. Wear: after 2.5 hours + food and drink, lips still have a slight pink tone, but as eyeshadow almost gone and has settled into creases. Ordered this cream blush a few weeks ago and have mixed feelings. The blush itself is very nice and has a perfect consistency for a cream blush. BUT! If you're looking for a blush that looks natural and just glowy, this one might not be for you. I find it a bit too glittery. Personally, I prefer blushes that give a more natural glow, but that's a matter of preference. Otherwise, I think it applies nicely and has just the right coverage. I've mostly used this for eye makeup or on the lips, and I think that has worked well.
