Maybelline BODY Waterproof Mascara x Smartson
First of all, how stylish design 🤩🩶 A sturdy tube that fits the name 💪✨. I have somewhat shorter and straight lashes without an eyelash curler. Therefore, I have used an eyelash curler. USAGE: The brush is large and flexible. The bristles are a bit sparse. Easy to apply color and build up. Separates well. But a bit too much. My lashes look kind of fewer. However, easy to build volume and lift. But after a few layers, it clumps at the top of the lashes. DURABILITY: I find that the lashes stay put during the day, maybe lose a bit of shape. Hardly any smudging. Powder is needed around the eyes. On makeup-free days or with more dewy oil-based makeup, it can smudge a bit. WATERPROOF? 🤔 The mascara behaves a bit like a 38°C-degree tubing mascara: can actually be removed with warm water on a pad by dabbing a few times, then it comes off in small crumbs. 8 Enchanted Mauve looks cool-neutral rosy pink on my fair skin 💗. Very pigmented but easy to apply evenly and blend out. Best application is when I put the product on the back of my hand and pick it up with a firmer brush, then dab it onto the cheeks. Really nice. Matte finish. A bit nostalgic too, the mousse reminds me of mousse foundation I used before. Creamy and fluffy soft ☁️. Stays well with powder and setting spray, but has melted away a bit patchy after 5 hours. Scent: No perfume but smells slightly like the pigments I use for art (not strong or disturbing, I don’t notice the scent on the skin). 🎨 Lips / eyes: Settles unevenly on dry lips. Durability: after 2.5 hours + food and drink, the lips still have a slight pink tone, but the eyes are almost gone and have settled into creases. Maybelline BB Cream SPF50 x Smartson
Tested for a few weeks in different ways. Shade 30 looks more yellow at first, but fits okay for my neutral light facial skin, maybe a shade darker 🌞. Skin type: combo, acne-prone, sometimes fragrance sensitive. Usually use separate SPF and CC Cream from Lumene which I like. This BB Cream feels like a moisturizing hybrid of skincare, SPF, and foundation. Rich texture, easy to blend, but doesn’t fully cover my pimples. The finish is dewy and sticky – doesn’t fully dry. With powder it gets cakey in some areas, without powder the coverage melts away after a few hours. Scent: No perfume listed in ingredients, but I still notice a stronger scent (unfortunately in a stinging way) that irritates my eyes/nose and makes both runny. Nice finish mainly on the cheeks, but doesn’t work as SPF for me over the whole face. 002 Maybe It’s… is a neutral-warm rusty brownish red on my neutral skin tone (a bit more red than pencil 05 On It). Pink-brown in some lights. I usually like slightly cooler lips – but this one is nice anyway and will probably suit many ♥️🤎 Soft, easy-to-apply formula with a matte finish, but not as moisturizing as I expected. Creamy and opaque at first, but dries down within about an hour and highlights some dry flakes. Scent: Vanilla caramel fudge (a bit annoying scent in my opinion) but disappears quickly. Durability: Okay. After about an hour (walk + water) mostly tint remains. Needs to be reapplied several times during the day to maintain creaminess. Nice packaging, with a small minus for the square cap that only fits in 1 of 4 angles (have to search). 05 On It turns into a rusty warm shade on me with a light neutral skin tone. Maybe a bit too warm for my taste, but I will still continue to use it since you can never have too many lip products to vary between 🤎💋. Easy-to-use pencil that was simple to get even with a slightly thicker tip, a lot of product is applied at once. Quite creamy, and a matte finish. Scent: No strong noticeable scent (a plus in my opinion!) After about 5 hours of wear-testing where I both ate food and drank quite a bit of water, unfortunately a lot has disappeared. So not very long-lasting in my opinion. Completely okay, but I wished for a bit better durability. As an aspiring makeup stylist, I've started to take a closer look at what my favorite products actually contain. I've loved this shampoo for its scent and shine, but now I understand why my brown color (which has bleached hair underneath) fades so quickly. Analysis: The main ingredient is Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES). As we learn in training, sulfates are effective at dissolving oils and dirt, but they also open up the hair strand's cuticle. For porous, colored hair, this means the color pigments literally get washed out from the inside. Are sulfates always bad? No, absolutely not! They are great as a 'Clarifying Shampoo' when you need a thorough cleaning of styling residues or have a very oily scalp. But as a daily shampoo to 'preserve color' (as the name Color Vive suggests), it works less well. The shine you experience mainly comes from silicones (Dimethicone) that form a coating on the outside, which 'masks' the fact that the pigments are actually disappearing. Pros: Gives incredible shine and scent. Good pH balance with citric acid (but the sulfate dominates here). Affordable for uncolored hair. Cons: - Too harsh for bleached/colored lengths. - Makes cool/brown tones dull quickly. My tip: Have you spent money on a nice salon color? Invest in a sulfate-free line or a professional shampoo like Metal DX or Vitamino Color instead. I get very often compliments when I wear this perfume. It is quite strong initially, and at first scent, I didn't like it. But I love how it smells on me, on my skin. I had really high expectations for this product. The whole idea of a “biotech blowout” sounded like exactly what my hair needed. I was hoping it would give me visibly healthier and smoother hair, especially since it promises a kind of salon effect at home. But to be honest… I can’t see any difference at all. I bought and tested this new bronzer from Catrice and I really like the formula, very easy to blend and it blends nicely, no streaky areas, just easy and even which I love ❤️ The downside is that this shade turns out very cool and almost gray on me, and it works better for sun contouring, which I will use it for. I will buy a shade up from this and test ❤️ I will get back with the results on that 😍 In the picture, I used the bronzer all over my face but went over with very little powder bronzer, in reality, I saw how gray it was unfortunately. I bought the Cosrx Original Clear Pads a few weeks ago and have been using them 1 time/day focusing on my nose and chin since I am acne-prone and get pimples there. But with this product, I have noticed a big difference, my skin both looks and feels much cleaner 👌❤️ There are 70 pads that are generously infused with product, one textured side and one softer side, as well as a small tongs to pick up the pads with. I like the protective lid, but the opening should be a bit larger, that’s the only negative I think. Two skincare products I must recommend to you that I use daily! A cleanser that does its job - for real! Cleans and doesn't dry out the skin, and a day cream that gently melts into the skin upon application. 10/10 points from me 😍 I also have slightly sensitive skin and don't experience any irritation or redness when I use them. Why this excitement?
I thought a lot about the mists from Sol de Janeiro - I saw so many videos saying that they are the best mists and that everyone must have them.. so I bought them :) I got 5 scents of 30 ml at a good price. For me, the scents are quite average. I sold 2 of these scents (number 87 and 62, which is a hit on the internet🤷♀️). 📍I used the whole scent 40, and I will mainly talk about it. The main notes are plum from black amber, vanilla wood, and leather. Very sweet scent (I like such), very nice for summer. However, in my opinion, it is NOT LONG-LASTING. On my skin, it lasted about 30 minutes, after that time I could neither smell it nor could anyone around me. I had to spray myself constantly to smell something, so I used a lot of it in one day. I took it on a week-long vacation and I also threw it away there. 📍Another number I use is 68, also sweet, but not as much as the previous one. Its notes are Brazilian jasmine, dragon fruit, oceanic air - it is also a summer scent. I used it for 3 days and it is waiting for the next vacation because I like to take miniatures on trips so they don’t take up space. Just like the previous one, it is not long-lasting at all. ‼️In the products, I add their larger versions because I can't find a smaller one, but my products were 30 ml! As a Lykoinflutester, I got the chance to try this "eye & lip makeup remover" from Sisley. In the test was also their latest mascara, which I like and have reviewed ❤️ I use a lot of makeup daily since I, as a creator, test many products. When I do my makeup more privately, I use less eye makeup, and this remover works really well for that. I take a cotton pad and a dab the size of a pea (a little goes a long way), or I gently rub with my fingertips; it dissolves both mascara and eyeshadow..
