Super good eyelash serum👀👏
I won the first pack of Lenoites eyelash serum, and it lasted for 2 years! Thanks again, lenoites It’s not meant to be kept for that long, but it just wouldn’t run out and didn’t go bad so...🤷♀️ I used it every evening for the first weeks, and then when it started to itch along the lash line, about every other time, I sometimes forgot it🙄 I’ve also used it on the lower lashes. My lashes were long and black when I was young. With age, most things shrink and change for the worse😉, including the lashes, which become shorter, fewer, and less pigmented🥺 The serum restored my lashes in just over a month in all aspects except for pigmentation (and that’s where Refectocil lash and brow dye comes into play😄), but that’s not something it promises either! I’m very satisfied with the packaging, the content which does NOT include hormone-disrupting prostaglandins but instead biotin, peptides, and other nice things, that it’s Swedish, and the brand is not animal tested, and of course the result👌 I’ve only tried one other eyelash serum - Sweeds. That was also good, but Lenoites gave me better results! Sorry for the somewhat strange pictures - I don’t really know what happened with the lighting🤔 I have a worthless mascara on the pictures that only gives a little color, nothing else. I have now tried to use this in the eye area 1-2 times a week for a year, but I'm giving up! The reason is that it is way too thin in the formulation, so my dry skin doesn't like it - the fact is that it doesn't feel like I've applied eye cream an hour after it has been absorbed in the evening🤔 The cream is white, semi-solid, fragrance-free, and so thin that it absorbs in a second. Generous amount for the price. Comes in a plastic tube with a screw cap. Whether it's the other ingredients, lack of better or the retinol itself, my skin itches from dryness the rest of the evening, overnight, and in the morning. The fine lines that are now present at 56 years old have absolutely not decreased, rather they are even more visible the day after the evenings I used the eye cream - highly doubtful if it has had any positive effect at all🤥 Because of the above, it has also not been possible to use it more often. This was the third and last of Inkey List's products I have tested. None have impressed, unfortunately🥺 The prices are good if you like the products👍, but in my eyes, there is much else in the same price range that is much better. "Finally over!" is what I've thought about many of these makeup products that are now out of stock/ gone bad/ didn't work😄 It's SO nice to be able to throw away old shelf warmers and start fresh with a little new just in time for Christmas 2025🤶 Lovely products that have worked are tagged, but I didn't quite find them all😊 Of those that didn't work for me, I actually haven't looked😉 As usual with me - since I'm so slow to use up makeup due to physical illness, some have expired😁 💄Clean Vanilla Cloud - the vanilla perfume I loved from the first test👃💗 I recently got it as a birthday gift🎁🥰 💄Sisley Hydra-Teint (2 samples) - the world's best (and most expensive) BB cream in shade 0 (fall and winter) and 0.5 (summer) was HEEELT perfect for my snow-white skin with a very cool undertone. I will buy these when I become a millionaire🤑😁 or when I allow myself to consider four digits as normal😳😜 💄RMS Beauty Revitalize hydra concealer (samples) was super nice to have on my blue-black circles under my eyes👀 and comes in a ton of shades including for us really light and cool = unusual👏 I got 5 generous samples of the lightest and coolest, each of which lasted 3 g. I then bought 2 of them: CO2 for the cold season and CNO3 for summer! Recommended for you if you want high quality👌 organic☘️ cruelty free🐇🐒🐶 and made in the USA👍😊 💄Mavala Eye-lite division waterproof mascara "Bleu Nuit" - midnight blue, waterproof mascara. 💄PÜR 4-IN-1 Pressed mineral makeup "Porcelain - LP4" is very good in shade, lovely and easy to use (though Jane Iredale's pressed version is actually a bit better as it conceals enlarged pores😉). 💄Lily Lolo Eyebrows duo "Light" is so old and oxidized that it looks very dark😄 I treated myself to a new one to use when I don't feel like dyeing my brows (which, just like lashes, lose pigment as you get older, did you know that??? I didn't, so it's dyeing or this duo with wax and powder that counts now😄). 💄Art Deco Mineral lipliner #46 was my perfect shade, sat well and was so lovely - but has been discontinued😓 ☃️WHAT DID NOT WORK FOR ME IS EVERYTHING ELSE WITH ALL PRODUCTS IN THE RIGHT SHADE BUT TOO STRONGLY SCENTED - 🙄I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU, MISS BB PERFECT COVER CREAM😉 🙄 LOVELY BUT WAY TOO DARK - ERBORIANS CC CREAM - 🙄EYELINER IN SUPER CUTE SHADE BUT COMES OFF ALL THE TIME: NYX EPIC WEAR EYELINER IN "FROSTED LILAC"🙄 🧐 AND FINALLY, UPON CLOSER INSPECTION, WAS OLDER THAN I THOUGHT AND NO LONGER SMELLS GOOD - BYE, NCLA BEAUTY LIPSTICK IN "PASADENA ROSES"👋 - AND SO ON😄 FEELS A LITTLE WRONG TO HAVE TO THROW AWAY SOMETHING THAT'S HARDLY USED, BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING AND TRIED TO MAKE IT WORK BUT IT JUST WASN'T FOR ME🤷♀️ Now I will 1) pull out some new and fresh makeup to enjoy and 2) decide which of the oldest things need to go into my #projectpan 2026😃 #empties2025 MAKEUP💄3 products in post #empties2025 MAKEUP💄 May🌞-Dec☃️ - The post was made 2 weeks

Here I have finally tackled this year's second to last load with #empties i.e. beauty products that have run out, often after real effort on my part as it is tempting to just throw it away, but I don't like😉 👌FAVORITES👌 HERE IS A PART OF WHAT I BUY/BOUGHT🥰 THE REST IS VISIBLE IN THE PHOTO! 👌Mitomo Royal jelly + cherry blossom essence mask - lovely for dry, mature skin that sometimes acts up. Smells wonderful🌸 👌Schmidt's Charcoal & Magnesium natural deodorant must be the world's best eco-deodorant for us heavy sweaters, and that's why it has been discontinued🤬 I can still find it, but not in the US. 👌REN Skincare Brightening dark circle Eye Cream was the salvation for my dark circles under my eyes in the summer with its pure brightening ingredients. Of course, the whole brand is going bankrupt because of that👎 👌Q+A Exfoliating body scrub - cheap, super good, and mildly fragrant body scrub to fend off the bumps on the back of the arms also known as Keratosis Pilaris! 🤔OK - BUT MAYBE NOT BUYING AGAIN🤔 🤔 Sephora's eye mask for dark circles smelled okay unlike the one with (rotten?) cucumber I had last month😀 Had no real effect though, but sometimes you have to be grateful for the little things😉 🤔Beauty formula reviving gold eye gels patches have the world's longest name, felt nice but had questionable effect😃 🤔Mádara Lip rescue balm was the balm that didn't work for my lips but was an okay paw salve for the dog🦮 🤔Benton Air fit UV Defense sun cream spf 50. Good but didn't like the menthol-like scent👃 🤔REN Skincare Evercalm barrier support elixir was a highly mediocre oil serum. 🧴SAMPLES THAT DON'T TEMPT TO BUY🧴 🧴 Bath & Body Works body cream Perfect in pink was nice but so strong that it smelled all day even though I only applied it to my lower legs. Got 2 days of headaches from two uses👎 ⛔NO - NOT FOR ME⛔ ⛔Staywell's new eye masks with vitamin C, collagen, and hyaluronic acid were strongly perfumed, chafed due to the thickness, and had zero effect💸👎 November is long over and December's sticky trash is now piling up - here come a bunch of leftovers that I finally managed to use up🧴🧴🧴😀 even if not always as intended - but that's the basic idea with #empties - use up what you've bought, maybe in a new way, instead of immediately buying new. There are so many, but I’ll list a few and the rest can be seen in the photo👍 💗Marina Miracle Sweet & Creamy oil Cleanser - wonderful organic☘️ facial cleanser for dry skin with a slightly sweet, creamy scent. Perfect when you don’t have sf or waterproof makeup and don’t want to deal with double cleansing😁 (which I honestly find super annoying😬). Norwegian MM is of course also cruelty free🐁🐒🐇 like all organic brands. (Not all vegan brands are though). 💗 Paula's Choice Omega complex cleansing balm - unfragranced cleansing balm - perfect for double cleansing. 💗Kocostar Leg Relax therapy - cooling and soothing leg masks🧊🦵🦵 Super nice for swollen legs or in my case: not swollen but tired, heavy, and aching legs after overexertion (due to physical illness). Worth their weight in gold - and they cost that too😉 💗Dr. PawPaw Your gorgeous skin hydrating face mist was super nice but of course was discontinued when I wanted to buy it🤥 My usual fate👎😁 💗Klorane Dry shampoo volume with organic flax - same here🤥 💗Antipodes Diem vitamin C pigment correcting water cream - so nice, lightweight facial cream for the T-zone in late summer😙 💗Depend Supersnabb nail polish remover - the best!💗 💗Ole Henriksen Strength peptide boost moisturizer - lovely👏 💗Mádara Retinol alternative plant-powered eye serum - pleasant eye serum with - hopefully - effective anti-aging effect😊 I have very dry skin under my eyes, so I apply eye cream on top. 💗Mádara Retinol alternative plant-powered serum - the same but for face, neck, and décolleté. I, who have thin, dry skin, cannot use Retinol, so I go with these plant-based organic☘️ alternatives👍 💗Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun rice + probiotics has been one of my favorite sunscreens. This is the old version, I haven’t tried the reformulated one🙂 🤔OK - BUT MAYBE WON'T BUY AGAIN 🤔 🤷♀️ 🤷♀️Balance Gold + marine collagen hydrogel under eyes mask (can’t the name be longer?😅) came with 3 pairs in a box but that was probably the only advantage. 🤷♀️AimX Revive me - under-eye mask with snow mushroom extract I can’t even remember😀 🤷♀️Astrid Glow Expert 4D hydrogel eye gels were sweet pink but not much more. 🤷♀️Klairs All-day airy sunscreen is everyone’s favorite but not mine🥺 Unfragranced but smelled a bit musty because of that🤢 but now I’ve tried it and don’t have to wonder how it is😁 🧴SAMPLES THAT DID NOT TEMPT TO BUY🧴 🧴Schwarzkopf Blonde deep repair mask neither impressed me nor my bleached highlights. ⛔NO⛔ ⛔Sephora De-puffing eye patches contain cucumber extract but were not at all de-puffing and smelled like rotten cucumber🤢😅👎 ⛔Bondi Sands Eye Spy brightening Eye Cream separated despite being new, did NOT brighten and contains like onion on salmon several silicones that never provide anything other than a temporary cosmetic effect, which a good eye cream does not need👀 Yep, that was quite a lot this time too🧴🧼🛍️ but I feel satisfied to have managed to use up a lot of leftovers, which can be difficult as a beauty hoarder when you constantly want to open something new, not to mention buying new🥺 which the #empties project aims to stop😊 There will probably be more beauty treasures now in November! And lasts long due to the large packaging, but uncertain results for me🤷♀️ I am 🌸55 years old and in the photo with my alias, I am 52, so I have had genetic luck with youthful skin🍀😀 🌸Have had dry, fine-pored skin since my 20s. 🌸Have taken good care of my skin since my teenage years and only sunbathed a little. 🌸No acne scars and almost no wrinkles. 🌸Now due to age, I have started to get less dry skin on my forehead, some enlarged pores on and around my nose + some smaller pigment spots😧🤥 as well as pigment spots on the décolletage due to too little sun protection there in my younger days. I started with C-vitamin serum about 2 years ago and have 2 favorites: the one from Skinceuticals and REN Skincare. Puritos is not a third, unfortunately. The main reason is that I have not seen any results after 5 months. I thought the others gave better results😊 ➕Good price. ➕Good that it contains a full 5% ascorbic acid, which is supposed to be a good source of C-vitamin. ➕ Cruelty free 🐒🐇🐁🐕 ➕Vegan☘️ ➕Lasts long due to generous packaging of 60 ml! ➕Easy-to-use pump bottle made of brown plastic. ➕Did not irritate my skin. ➖No results after 4, soon 5 months of regular use almost every morning on my face and on my neck and décolletage. ➖It contains niacinamide. Unfortunately, I missed that! My skin becomes dry, red, and tight from it, and I do not want it on e.g. cheeks, neck, and décolletage for that reason. Can explain why it never felt appealing to use this here! ➖There is so much product that it is absolutely impossible to use it up within the recommended time of 3 months without also using it on hands and forearms. As I said, I thought I saw results with the other two brands where the skin also felt soft afterward, but one is too expensive for me (Skinceuticals) and the other just went bankrupt (REN Skincare)🤥 I bought my bottle from an online pharmacy. It was brown-colored and smelled like ascorbic acid products often do; a bit appropriately funky and musty🤢😁 I know that it is normal, but I would have preferred to avoid either the color or the smell😉 However, I would have gladly put up with both if I had gotten results😁 I give this here 3 stars. ⭐⭐⭐ #lykoreview
