All day airy sunscreen with spf 50. I am often very sensitive to sunscreens, it’s something they contain that I react to. But Asian spf doesn’t give me that and I wonder why. Like this one, no reaction on the skin but can sting the eyes. It’s a light cream but I feel it gets oily on me. Has a strange smell. Night routine
My skin and hair care routine in the evenings. Step 1: Oil cleansing with "Klairs Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil" & then "Dr. Ceuracle Tea Tree Purifine Cleansing Foam". Then I massage it in for a minute or two, depending on how much time I have. Then I take about 3-4 pumps of "Kérastase Nutritive 8H Overnight Serum" and apply it to the lengths. My starting point: dry winter skin I have tested the product for about 1 month now, in combination with rich moist cream. First impression: clean design, practical packaging. I really like the pump bottle. The serum is clear and has no scent (something I appreciate). I like that it is for sensitive skin, even though my skin can handle most things. I'm not a big fan of having products on my face with a lot of perfume in them. The serum has a slightly thin consistency, and that's actually what I deduct one star for as well. It's just a personal preference that I like my serums a bit thick. When I apply the serum, I get an immediate glow. It doesn't stand out much from other serums I've tried before, but it does the job. I spend a lot of time outside in my job, so I need to have a skincare routine with good products, especially in winter. Perfect fall/winter cream!
Starting point: dry skin First impression: a "classic" simple design. I really like the size of the tube. Personally, I am very fond of tube creams so I don't have to dip my fingers into jars. I have tested the cream in combination with the serum from the same line. I have used the cream both morning and night. The cream is thick and compact when it comes out of the tube. I love how it feels on the skin. I don't smell much of it, which I like. The cream absorbs well/lays well on the skin despite being so thick. I can apply makeup directly on top after application. It is absolutely perfect for me now in the fall/winter, as I often become drier. I definitely feel that my skin is more hydrated since I started using this. A big plus that it is gentle and for sensitive skin. I haven't tried Klairs' products before, and I must say I am impressed. The price is impeccable, and that there are a full 80 ml in the tube is just great. I have been using this serum for about a month with #lykoinflutester #klairs, here are my thoughts! Scent I don't think this has any scent at all, which I appreciate! Consistency The consistency is perfect. It's almost a bit gel-like when you first pump out the product, but when you pat it into your face, it becomes more runny and spreads all over the face, it's economical! I think it's sooooo nice to pat in. It gives an incredible glow and sinks in well into the skin. After this, I go in with the matching cream, which is a fantastic duo for moisture!🌟 What I would have liked on this is a better cap/lid. I have used this product for a month under #lykoinflutester #klairs, here are my thoughts on it! As the headlines say, WOW! I have only tried one product from klairs before and I really liked it (supple preparation toner). So when I got this from the same brand, I felt it would be something for me! 😍 And it was. The cream is in a handy and stylish packaging with a screw cap. It has been transported in bags while traveling but leaks nothing. I have nothing to complain about there! The consistency is rich, incredibly creamy but not too greasy! For me, it is the perfect consistency✨ it feels incredibly moisturizing on the skin, but sinks in and leaves my face soft and hydrated without that oily feeling many other thicker creams can give. The scent is mild and not overpowering, but I still think there is a scent there. Provides good moisture and a nice glow
I was so lucky to test this product through Lyko's influencer program! I was looking forward to trying the Rich Moist Soothing Serum, as I usually like light serums that provide lots of moisture without weighing me down. The first impression was positive – the consistency is light, absorbs quickly, and feels pleasant when applied. Picture number 1 is right after applying the product, giving a very nice and glowy look on its own, as you can see from the picture. Experience The serum actually provides good moisture, and I immediately liked how soft my face felt after use. For me, it was almost enough moisture on its own, without the accompanying cream from Klairs. However, I experienced after a few days that my skin started to get a few more blemishes and small pimples, which made me unsure if this was a product that suited me in the long run. My background: My skin can be a bit sensitive to certain ingredients, especially products that lay too thick a film on the skin. I quickly notice if something leads to more clogged pores or breakouts, and then it's hard to continue with the product even if it has good properties otherwise. Result: Even though the serum provides good moisture, I unfortunately experienced an increase in blemishes while using it. Because of this, I will not continue with the serum. This is probably a product that works better for skin types that can tolerate a bit more or skin types that need a little extra moisture, for extra moisture this is one of the best products I have tested! A good serum
I have been testing this serum for a few weeks now, and I see almost only positive things with this product. My skin is normal, it is neither oily nor dry, but rather depends on the current season. I have previously had problems with acne and experienced that I had a "problematic skin". However, today I think it is much better. This product is economical, a little product goes a long way. The product absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves the face smooth and not sticky at all. It hardly has any scent, which I see as a positive trait. However, the product is somewhat more expensive than what I usually spend on skincare, and I would personally say that I wouldn't have spent that money on a serum. Not quite the product for me
I was so lucky to test this product through Lyko's Influtester program! When I first started using the Rich Moist Soothing Cream, I expected a light, moisturizing face cream that could give my skin an extra boost – especially since it is known to be soothing and gentle. The consistency seemed promising, and it felt nice when I tested it on my skin for the first time. The cream is soft, easy to work with, and gives a nice first feeling of moisture. I especially liked that it didn’t feel heavy or greasy. However, I didn’t find that it did anything extra, and it didn’t provide noticeable results beyond regular moisture. After a few days of use, I noticed that it simply wasn’t enough for my face – especially on days when I was a bit drier than usual. My background: I have skin that is quite stable but can get periodic blemishes and tends to react to products that are too heavy or too occlusive. Therefore, I am a bit picky when it comes to face creams, and I quickly notice if something doesn’t give me what I need. Result: In the end, I ended up using the cream as a body cream instead – which it actually worked surprisingly well as! The product is easy to work with and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky afterward. It provides decent moisture, feels mild and safe, but for my face, it didn’t do enough. An okay cream, but not one I will buy again. A fantastic cream that doesn't stick
I've been able to test this cream for a couple of weeks now, and I think it's absolutely fantastic! The first impression was that the tube is very large, and you get a lot of product for the money, which is of course a big plus. My skin type is normal; I wouldn't say it's either oily or dry, it varies rather depending on the season. This cream feels lovely on the skin, it's light, thin, and makes the skin soft after application. The skin feels hydrated but not at all greasy, which I think is the absolute best thing about this product. The cream hardly smells of anything; it's a very subtle scent that smells fresh. Those who prefer a product with minimal scent would surely appreciate this one! I have been very positively surprised by #klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum. It has a light yet still moisturizing consistency that immediately soothes the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. Moisture Bomb
As #lykoinflutester has been testing this cream from #klairs for a while now. However, the last month has honestly been quite messy and stressful for me. Life has simply not been easy, and a lot has happened around me, so I haven't used it as regularly as I actually intended. But every time I remember to apply it, I'm reminded of how lovely it actually is. The cream is super soft, absorbs quickly into the skin, and just feels generally kind and soothing. My skin has been a bit stressed (just like the rest of me), but this cream has still helped to make it less dry and more balanced. I even get a little glow despite the chaos, which I really appreciate. I have had the opportunity and honor to test two products from Klairs: Rich Moist Soothing Serum (80ml) and Rich Moist Soothing Cream (80ml). 🫶🏻 The Rich Moist Soothing Cream is supposed to be a deeply moisturizing cream that strengthens the skin's protective barrier and is specially designed and recommended for sensitive skin. Perfect for this time of year with winter and dry air! Personally, I don't have major issues with either dry or sensitive skin, just a few small dry patches around my nostrils and generally a bit drier in winter than in other seasons. Therefore, I never buy face creams that are specifically designed for dry skin – those products tend to be too greasy for me. My husband, on the other hand, has very dry skin (year-round) and is incredibly sensitive. He flakes as soon as he neglects to moisturize, and he needs very gentle, moisturizing, and soothing products, otherwise his skin becomes red, spotty, and stings. He felt like a perfect candidate for these products. So he got to do this test with me - and he is also the one who stands for the before-and-after picture this time! 😄 My husband's thoughts: Doesn't sting, doesn't itch, stops flaking, and it lasts pretty much all day. It can get a bit dry by evening, which he doesn't experience with his regular face cream. But there is also a couple of hundred kronor difference between the products, so for this price, it's more than approved, he says, and it definitely lives up to what it promises. I have tested both with and without the accompanying serum, and I believe it gets a bit better with the serum, but it's not a must; it works to use just the face cream if you want. My thoughts: I expected a very greasy cream, but I don't think it is; I was almost a little surprised at how light it was. For me, it is actually just the right amount of moisturizing (in winter) without looking greasy or shiny. However, I think it might be a bit too moisturizing for me in spring/summer, but it is very pleasant now during winter. Good durability – my skin feels moisturized all day. 👌🏻 I have also tested using both with and without the serum, and I agree that it gets a bit better with the serum. As mentioned, we have used the product together, so a total of about 3-4 times a day over the course of a month, and there is just over half left. I would therefore say that one package lasts about 3-4 months, depending on how much you use. About 400 kr for up to 3-4 months of use we find more than reasonable and very affordable! 👌🏻 The only critical comment I have is about the packaging; It is a tube that feels like a wide toothpaste tube or an ointment you buy at the pharmacy. I usually have very dry skin, and often buy serums that have more properties than just moisture focus (my usual products generally have a strong focus on anti-aging and evening out skin tone). But now, being pregnant, I’ve had to pause a large part of those products and work with some gentler variants, and it was perfect to test this serum! The serum has a good texture - on the thicker side, which I prefer - and absorbs quickly, and my skin feels very soft and smooth, and stays hydrated all day. 👌🏻 As mentioned, we both used the product together, so a total of about 3-4 times a day over a month, and only about a third has been used? If you’re one person, then a pack should last at least.. 4 months? It’s incredibly economical, in other words! And very reasonably priced with generous size! I have now been using #KLAIRS Rich Moist Soothing Serum for a month and I really like it! ✨ My skin is dry and right now I have issues with rashes/breakouts/bumps that this serum has not worsened - but rather calmed. 😍 I use this serum in combination with Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream. I pump out a few drops of serum and then massage it into my face. In the mornings, I also like to use my Gua Sha, which I use the serum to help massage my face with, to reduce some puffiness from the night. 🥰 It is fragrance-free and suits me as I have had sensitive skin. I have as #lykoinflutester tested this serum from #klairs, as well as a night cream from the same series 💁♀️ Felt luxurious, super nice products. Both the serum and the night cream come from the Rich Moist Soothing series and are intended to hydrate and soothe irritated skin. My first impression of the serum is that it has a very lovely consistency that I don't recognize from other serums I've tested. It's not as runny as many other moisture serums, but rather relatively thick, yet feels not at all sticky but very smooth and easy to apply. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone, am very acne-prone, and am therefore picky with moisturizing products, but at the same time have a tendency to become dry on the surface. This serum was therefore spot on for me! Despite adequate hydration under makeup, I can sometimes feel tight in my face during the day, but I find that this serum reduces the risk of that. I've been using it for nearly 4 weeks and find that it alleviates any irritation immediately and provides lasting hydration. My only downside is that the price range is actually a bit high for me, but I was very fond of it anyway and will probably treat myself to buy more when it runs out. Does its job but probably isn't for me!
I have as #lykoinflutester tested this night cream from #klairs, as well as a serum from the same line 💁♀️ Felt luxurious, really nice products. Both the night cream and the serum come from the Rich Moist Soothing line and are intended to hydrate and soothe irritated skin. My first impression of the night cream was that it has a rather thick consistency, but it still felt smooth and light on the skin. I have now used it for almost 4 weeks and am overall satisfied with it. It is white and odorless, which is completely reasonable when marketed for irritated skin, however, I do think it gives it a slightly medicinal (read: professional but a bit boring) feel and I would have preferred at least a mild scent. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say about the cream, it really feels like it hydrates, and also without leaving any sticky feeling on the skin 👍 If I could give 3.5 stars, I would have done so, but it has to be a 3 since I don't really think it reaches a 4. For the record, I don't really belong to the target group, I don't have particularly irritated skin and don't need any deep hydration. On the contrary, I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and am very acne-prone, which means I usually avoid creams with any form of oil in them. I feel like I've gotten more acne since I started using this, but that's probably entirely due to my skin type and that this wasn't an optimal combo. However, I do feel the soothing effect on the days I've used peeling, and I really think it delivers on that front.
