Nice result
In testing the product, I heated/curled my hair with an airwrap before rolling the hair in small sections into the rollers. The rollers are smooth and protective for the hair, but since they are very thin and smooth, I noticed it was hard for the hair to "grab," and the ends of the hair loosened a bit during rolling. This led to a somewhat uneven result with uneven curl patterns. I probably also used sections that were a bit too small since I ran out of rollers before I was done and had to use some others for the last sections. The curls are very tight, but that also makes them last longer. Multi use!
I have been sooooo excited about this product, especially since it’s marketed as a multi-use product! The product description did a great job explaining all the possible ways to use it💛 In my makeup routine that day, I tested it both with foundation, as eyeshadow, and as a highlighter!💜💛 I think it gives a nice glow to the face together with the foundation, without being too glittery! I also noticed that the foundation stayed really well that day!💛 The product is waterproof and sweat-resistant, and I found that it didn’t smudge either! As eyeshadow, it’s very “subtle” and gives a little shimmer. Perfect for days when you don’t wear much makeup, or for a natural look to get a bit of shimmer✨ But I wouldn’t say it behaves the same way as an eyeshadow would, and it’s not as pigmented. The makeup lasts all day!
Urban Decay has actually always been my go-to setting spray, but after the last bottle ran out, I tested quite a few other brands to compare. When I was about to test this one again, I noticed how much I had missed it!💛 And it’s incredibly exciting to try a new formula. I love glowy makeup, so I went for the glowy version this time. I was a bit skeptical since I know the formula has changed, but I actually think this one is just as good as it has been before. It has a lovely mist and I find it covers well, no big droplets!💜 In the video, I applied makeup in the morning and had a long day of traveling. What I often feel disappears during the day is blush and bronzer, but as you can see, the makeup has held up well! In some places like around the nose and similar, you can see the makeup starting to fade a bit, but that’s probably to be expected after 11 hours! Beautiful colors!
I bought this palette to use the blue colors for a costume, and I looooved the result💙 Perfect to be able to buy such a palette at such a good price, since it’s usually not used that often, but rather for special looks where you need a bit of color🌈 The palette became popular and was also lent out to the other girls! The colors aren’t super pigmented, but that was actually perfect because I could build up the look, and it didn’t get too much or too intense💙 The colors were soft and creamy and didn’t fall out during application. New favorite!
My favorite makeup product to try (and buy a little too many of😅) has always been blush, and these colors were sooooo pretty and very hard to choose! I ended up choosing the color “After party” since I already have quite a few light pink shades and wanted a slightly more natural color that can give a bit of a “sunburned” look✨ Immediately, I was a bit worried the color would be too warm for me, but when I tested the product with self-tanner on, I thought the result was sooooo nice! The cream blush had a really lovely texture and applied nicely on the skin. It was easy to build up with both cream and powder. I didn’t use them in a specific order, but a bit of both to build up the color. A very easy product to work with to get the desired result!✨ I finished with the highlighter, which also gave a really nice glow🤍 Also very good value for money with 3 separate products in the package and a very good price! Lovely Fabric
A lovely glove that was super soft on the body! It has a very simple design with soft fabric that makes application like a dream!✨ I also experienced that the glove was not very absorbent, which is great in terms of not absorbing the product but rather spreading it out! I applied Rebecca Stella’s own self-tan and think the products work well together! I went over the same spots several times to avoid streaks. Also love that it can be washed! Lovely scent and nice color!
The first thing I notice about this product is how beautiful the packaging is, very clean and luxurious!✨ I was very curious about the scent, as I usually don’t like "self-tanner smell" because I often find it a bit nauseating, but when I sprayed this, I was completely blown away by how GOOD it smelled! I could have this scent as a body mist!😍 As much as that’s a plus, it’s also a small minus in my eyes because I’m not very fond of perfumed products on the face since I can be a bit sensitive. I was also very curious about the spray and mist, and whether it would spray evenly. During application, I could feel some larger drops hitting along the way, and I was very curious if the color would lay evenly. It’s a gradual tan, so it’s also not easy to see if you’ve covered everything since you don’t get color immediately. When I woke up the next morning, I could clearly see that I was a few shades darker. At the same time, I had used the mousse from the same brand on my body, and could clearly see that it gave much more color, and there was a bigger difference since the face was quite a bit paler. I still felt the color was even, but it was a bit "underwhelming" when it didn’t reach the same shade as the rest of the body. Super beautiful golden color!
My first impression of this product was immediately the look of the packaging! Both the bottle and the packaging it came in radiated luxury! Very clean, and looks very expensive and beautiful! ✨ I used the mousse together with the self-tan mitt from the same brand. I noticed that the product was a bit more runny than I have tried before, but no problem as long as you are careful✨ When I read that it smelled of coconut, I assumed it would have the typical unpleasant “self-tanning smell,” but it didn’t! I actually found that it smelled really good and was really positively surprised!🤍 The color scared me a bit at first, as it was a very strong color, very warm and almost a bit yellow, very much in contrast to my cool skin tone😅 Luckily, it looked better when I had applied it all over! It was also incredibly nice that the color was so strong, because I never had to wonder if there were places I had forgotten on my body✨ The product was easy to spread, but you had to be careful to go over the same spot again and again to avoid streaks. I left the product on overnight. It’s smart to sleep in a full-coverage pajama you don’t mind staining, as it did color part of it. When I woke up, the result was really nice! A beautiful deep, golden color! Hands and feet were hard to get right, but otherwise no streaks on the body. After showering, I noticed that some of the color disappeared, and streaks I hadn’t seen before the shower appeared. Favorite blush!
This has been my go-to since the glöd palette, and it never disappoints! And I’m so happy to finally be able to buy it individually😍 I use this blush every time I do my makeup, and it’s very long-lasting, I never feel like I’m going to run out!🩷 The color is a beautiful powdery pink with a bit of shimmer and is perfect to layer over a liquid blush🩷 It’s super easy to apply and always looks great, and lasts ALL day. Perfect everyday bronzer
After my previous bronzer was discontinued, I was desperate for a new, slightly lighter bronzer that I can use when I don’t have self-tanner and my skin is lighter. A friend recommended this one, and I am sooooo happy!💛 I bought the color Bronzer bronzer Based on the packaging, I probably wouldn’t have bought it myself, as it looks a bit cheap and not very luxurious. But luckily, I was wrong! The bronzer blends sooooo nicely into the skin and doesn’t get patchy! It glides beautifully on the skin and lives up to the name “Butter bronzer” because it glides like butter. I have to build it up a bit to get the desired color and amount, but I think that’s totally fine! Better that than too much. It also has quite a strong scent, a very tropical smell, a bit of coconut. I’m not a big fan of scent in makeup myself, but I can handle it when the product is this good. When you use a brush, some product can also gather on top of the bronzer in small dust particles, but not enough for me to not recommend it.
