💙 Clarins Hydra-Essentiel [HA²] Silky Cream
I have been testing Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Silky Cream for about a week and my first impression is really good! ✨ The cream has an incredibly rich, very smooth texture and feels almost velvety on the skin. However, this is not the cream for you if you are looking for a really wet glass-skin finish; it rather gives a soft, smooth type of hydrated feeling 🤍 I also think it has a fairly strong scent. The scent gives me a very classic French luxury feeling, rather than the more minimalist and modern feeling I often associate with, for example, Korean skincare. I still like the scent, but the fact that it is quite strong lowers the overall rating a bit. The post was made 1 monthMy favorite moisturizer👇 For reference, I have oily skin, especially in the T-zone, and since I test a lot of different skincare products, I don’t often buy the same moisturizer again. But this one I always come back to! 🥰 It’s light on the skin, moisturizes well, and doesn’t get greasy or heavy, which I really appreciate with my skin type.👌 I find it especially nice in the summer when it’s warm and I want something super light on the skin. You also don’t need much product to get good hydration, so even though the tube is 40 ml, it actually lasts a long time. The price also feels very good considering how long it lasts. This is actually my fourth tube, so that probably says a lot about how good it is!😉 I also think it’s perfect when I want to keep my skincare routine simple. It works just as well in the morning as in the evening and never feels like it sits as a thick layer on the skin. Favorite moisturizer👌
For reference, I have oily skin, especially in the T-zone, and since I test a lot of different skincare products, I don’t often buy the same moisturizer again. I have been testing Longevity MD Intercept The Cream 50 ml from Lancôme via #smartson for a few weeks, and I really like this gem. It gives a nice result; my skin looks more hydrated now than before I started using Longevity MD Intercept. It also gives a very nice glow, and I love that. If you, like me, have mature skin that tends to be a bit dry, this is a real moisture bomb. I use it morning and evening, massaging the cream into my face, neck, and décolleté for a few minutes and let it absorb properly. It’s also so nice under makeup; your base gets a lovely glow.
