A total flop
I got to try three products from #decibel as #lykoinflutester I have typical Scandinavian hair with thin and fine strands! I have a dry scalp & also scalp psoriasis, which sometimes is very reactive during flare-ups. So the products I use in my hair are very important. And usually, I use products from KΓ©rastase, which work really well! The first impression is of course the bottle! And this one is my favorite in the whole series! Itβs easy to get the product out, which makes it easy to apply! And it smells really good too π But; here my hair resisted. Iβve tried a couple of times now. But my hair doesnβt feel good with this treatment. It feels dry & rough and in need of a salon visit. Ironically π«£ So I wonβt be using this anymore. And it doesnβt feel like I was the target group for this. Rather, it seemed to worsen my hair quality! So unfortunately, it gets a fail rating from me. I have as #llykoinflutester gotten to test a conditioner from #decibel I have typical Scandinavian hair with thin and fine strands! I have a dry scalp & also scalp psoriasis which sometimes is very reactive in flare-ups. So the products I use in my hair are very important. And usually, I use products from KΓ©rastase, which work really well! First impression is the packaging; and I like the sleek look. But scraping off the cap to remove the seal for the conditioner itself was not easy! Itβs very tight. And the opening of the conditioner feels a bit small. It smells really good π and you only need a small amount in the hair for the lengths to stop tangling after shampooing with the same series. So this conditioner feels like a must if Iβm going to use the shampoo from the same series. But the conditioner itself can be/will be used & combined with my regular shampoo as well π Afterwards, the hair felt soft & smooth. But I donβt really feel any volume directly. However, it looks βfresh.β So this became my favorite of the three I tested. I have as #lykoinflutester gotten to try 3 products from #decibel, which is a completely new brand for me! So an exciting mission, in other words π€© I have typical Scandinavian hair with thin and fine strands! I have a dry scalp & also scalp psoriasis, which sometimes is very reactive during flare-ups. So the products I use in my hair are very important. And usually, I use products from KΓ©rastase, which work really well! The first impression is of course the packaging, which I really like. Simple and sleek. But it was incredibly hard to twist the lid off to remove the protective paper on the shampoo! I also think the hole to get the product out is a bit too small. The shampoo smells really good & the scent lasts a long time π But you need to use more product of this than the shampoo I use now. And using the shampoo alone doesnβt work. I tried once to see how the shampoo is by itself. But I wonβt do that again. My hair became incredibly tangled. Like thicker, which made it feel like my hair strands were swelling. But instead of getting a feeling of more voluminous hair, it became hard to comb out & it tangled up! And it felt significantly frizzier than usual! Also, I got a lot of itching on my scalp and it didnβt go away but escalated after each hair wash. A better buy!
There are actually few things that live up to their good reputation! But this eyelash curler really does. I've had many over the years from various brands. But they all had one thing in common, namely that they didn't do what they were supposed to! Lashes fell off, curled eyelashes didn't even exist & I've pinched myself so many times. So, so happy that I finally ordered this gem π because it lives up to everything! The lashes curl so nicely & they stay all day. I haven't lost a single lash and this makes it look like I have more lashes than ever. I have, as a #lykoinflutester, had the chance to try Infrared Blowout Air Brush from #bylyko Really super fun! Because when it comes to styling, I usually have the patience of a 3-year-old π So this tool feels like something for me. Since the airbrush combines the hairdryer's warm air with the round brush's shape, you don't have to hold two tools in front of the mirror. And what more could you wish for?! So this assignment is really fun π€© The airbrush comes packaged in a nice pink box π©· that opens from the side, and it is well packaged! The airbrush itself looks exclusive & is a larger model, but surprisingly easy to handle. And hold! It feels relatively light in the hand, but you need to get the technique of how to hold it if, like me, you're not used to it. It is easy to turn on & adjust. It has 3 speed settings, a cool shot function & infrared light. Which should provide gentle styling and thus preserve the hair's shine. It should also lock in moisture & counteract frizz. So what do I think; Well! I am actually really impressed. Although slightly less than the 15-year-old in the family who now sees it as theirs π₯°π I have typical Scandinavian hair, thin but with many fine strands. I have used it on wet, freshly washed hair & use heat protection as usual. The round brush is really nice on the scalp & it is easy to use. It dries my hair relatively quickly and I can really see how shiny it gets! And I also think my frizz is reduced. The hair becomes more voluminous and you get a bit of the feeling of having been at the salon yourself β¨ It kind of adds a little luxury to everyday life π₯ The price is definitely reasonable for this airbrush! And even though I haven't tried any from another brand, this feels like a good value product! The only thing I have to complain about is that the volume is quite high! And I can definitely recommend this. And I know that my daughter's friends now have this on their wish lists! Tubing mascara for the win This mascara is absolutely magical. I've tried countless mascaras in my life, and either the brush is wrong, it clumps, or it just doesn't hold well on the lashes. But this one ticks all the boxes. Love everything from the packaging to the brush! And since I always have watery eyes, I usually have mascara that smudges around my eyes. But this one is magical. Gold for sensitive skin
After a severe allergic reaction on my face this week with an emergency visit; cortisone & antihistamine treatment, my skin felt anything but good! I had to gently put away all active skincare products & take a chance on buying Erborianβs new products in their red series! And what a bullseye it was π₯°π₯° I love their Cc red correct and use it daily! And I felt my skin barrier needed to be restored. And 4 days later all itching, all irritation & all rashes have disappeared (yes, of course also because of the cortisone) but the skin feels so much better from mild products right now & will probably continue for a good while!
