I have been so lucky to be a #lykoinflutester and get to test products from #nioxin for a few weeks now! This is a brand I have never used before. First, a little about my hair: Nordic, thin, color-treated, hair loss & frizzy. As someone with chronic illness and after going through pregnancy, my hair has an extra need for care and attention, especially in the winter months π«ΆπΌ I was very excited to test this hair mask after reading that it is supposed to repair colored and damaged hair that is thin! It is density-protecting and provides up to 97% fewer broken hair strands, so wow! I have used this after washing my hair, and it really makes my hair soft and smooth, and I find that my hair is very manageable after use ππΌ I also feel that it gives my hair moisture as it nourishes deeply. My hair feels fresh as the color is preserved, while it is supposed to protect against new damage for all hair types! I do not experience greasy hair or that it becomes heavy. I notice that there is not as much hair loss as before already, so I am impressed! Nioxin Night Density Rescue is a leave-in treatment that is clinically proven to increase hair density in 2 months, and I haven't used the product for that long. But I have already seen an effect in that my hair looks fuller! The hair serum contains a powerful blend of antioxidants, which are known to neutralize free radicals on the scalp's surface. This results in the scalp feeling both healthy & fresh π At the same time, it is suitable for all hair types! For application, I followed the instructions on the product page at Lyko. I sectioned my hair and applied the specified amount with the pipette on the bottle, then I massaged it in with my fingertips. I finish by brushing through my hair, as it is NOT supposed to be rinsed out π When it comes to scent, it is fresh and clean, and not as intense as the shampoo and conditioner. You can feel that the product is working on the scalp! The consistency is light and thin, and I do not experience getting an oily scalp. All in all, it is a good night serum, but it is difficult to assess the final result since it has not been used for 2 months at the time of writing. But I definitely see that it has had some effect so far! I think the price is a bit steep, hence one star off, and I am unsure if I will buy this again since I already have products from before that I am satisfied with. I am not used to using conditioner from root to tip, but it worked very well with this one without weighing down or making the hair greasy! It leaves the hair clean, soft, shiny, and gives a feeling of fullness. The hairbrush glides easily through the hair afterwards, I experience! Nioxin Scalp & Hair Treatment: The last step in the routine is to apply this product to the scalp and work it into the hair from root to tip without rinsing out π€ The hair feels fresh and feels fuller after using this! Super and Moisturizing
I have tested this hair mask from #nioxin as a #lykoinflutester and loved it! My hair is typically Nordic, with fine hair strands. It is bleached at the ends and naturally colored from under the ear and up. It quickly becomes dry at the ends and can get oily at the top with the wrong products. I have no issues with hair loss but lose hair like everyone else in periods. I like simple routines with few quality products that work. The mask should be used from the middle of the hair and down, which suited me and my hair perfectly! Since the shampoo I used from Nioxin dried my hair out quite a bit, I desperately needed something that provided moisture. The rescue was this hair mask!! It is economical in use and very easy to apply, it has a very light scent and is fresh in appearance. My hair became shiny and felt healthy after the first round, without the treatment weighing it down. I am very satisfied with this mask and will definitely use it again. It's a nice serum, but I didn't experience any change, so it's not a product I want to continue with. My hair is typically Nordic, with fine hair strands. I have no issues with hair loss, but I lose hair like everyone else in periods. The serum is light, spreads well, and has a faint but fresh scent. Something that is great. I didn't find that it weighed my hair down, which is especially important for me. But the serum also didn't provide any impressive results; I'm still unsure if it provided results at all. The shampoo is a perfectly okay regular shampoo, the conditioner doesn't quite do the job, and the spray is very strong without me seeing any significant results. My hair is typically Nordic, with fine hair strands. It is bleached at the ends and naturally colored from under the ear and up. It quickly becomes dry at the ends and can get greasy at the top with the wrong products. I have no issues with hair loss but lose hair like everyone else in periods. This kit contains shampoo, conditioner, and a spray. The shampoo smells clean and fresh, which is perfect for someone who prefers discreet fresh scents. It is easy to massage into the scalp and lathers well, giving a nice feeling of being really clean. It is not revolutionary, and I did not notice any change in the number of hair strands that fell out during the month. It cleans well, but in return, it leaves the hair a bit dry, so here a proper hair mask or conditioner must follow. This brings us to the conditioner, which should be applied to the entire hair from scalp to ends. Something that honestly scared me a bit. My hair is thin, colored Scandinavian hair that easily gets oily at the roots and dry on the lengths during winter. Therefore, I have very high demands for my hair products, but this mask exceeds my expectations. As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to test the Night Density Rescue Serum from #NIOXIN. I have thin, colored Scandinavian hair that in winter gets oily at the roots and dry in the lengths. I have used the product for a few weeks, and according to the manufacturer's instructions, you should see results after two months. Therefore, I think the test has lasted a bit too short to really say what results I have gotten. But so far, I can conclude: * The product is very strong! You can feel it in the scalp when you apply it, and an hour after application, it itches in the hair. * I think the scalp becomes less oily when I have used the serum. * The scalp feels really fresh and clean, but might get a bit dry here in winter. * The hair feels airier against the scalp. I found it difficult to apply such a liquid substance to the scalp with a pipette. The first time it ran into my eyes, and it burned something awful! So I recommend caution before learning how to handle the pipette to get the right amount that stays in the scalp. The serum doesn't stick, but absorbs easily into the skin. The scent is just right, not as overwhelming as other products we've had in this test, which I think is a big plus! I don't want too much perfume on my scalp that irritates. Like shampoo and conditioner
As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I have tested this kit from #NIOXIN for a month. I have fine, Scandinavian hair that easily gets oily at the roots but dry in the lengths. I have very high demands for shampoo and conditioner because of this. I think Nioxin's system 3 shampoo and conditioner live up to my expectations for the products. The shampoo has a mint scent and effectively cleanses the scalp with a cooling sensation afterwards. Perhaps the product is a bit drying, so I won't continue to use it with every wash, but maybe once a week to then alternate with a milder shampoo. My hair feels clean for several days after washing. The conditioner has an even more noticeable mint scent and cools the scalp nicely when applied. Since it is both nourishing and soothes my scalp, it has worked well in both the lengths and the scalp without becoming oily. Big plus for this! The conditioner softens the hair strands and leaves the hair with a lovely shine. My hair feels fuller after use, but I don't know if I can say I see such a big difference. I do not like the treatment at all. My scalp became red and itchy when I tested it, and I could not continue to use the product. The product is very strong on my skin, and therefore I cannot recommend it. If the shampoo and conditioner had been separate, they would have received the highest rating. As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to try the #NIOXIN Ultimate power Anti-Hairloss Serum, and here are my thoughts on the product. This product was best tested on my husband, who has some issues with hair loss and thinning strands. The pictures with yellow light are before, and the other two are after a month of use. I don't know if it can be said that the serum contributed to more strands, but the strands have really become fuller and grow better. He has previously used Watermans Grow More Elixir Hair Growth Serum, and it has had some effect, but we feel that this serum is a bit sharper. In the future, this serum will permanently move into the bathroom cabinet. The product is easy to distribute in the scalp, absorbs quickly, and does not make the hair feel greasier than without. The only downside to the serum is that it smells a lot. Since you have more time in the evening to massage the scalp than during the morning rush, the scent has made it a bit difficult to sleep as it is very noticeable. Maybe you don't need a whole perfume factory in your scalp? Since I highlight/bleach my hair regularly, it is quite dry, while the scalp can often feel oily. The product is easy to apply, smells good, and my hair becomes silky soft! I feel like I am losing less hair, and I am so happy about that! I think my hair feels fuller, and I also see quite a few small hairs that are holding on and growing out in the scalp. A lovely feeling
I have been testing products from Nioxin Nioxin as a #Lykoinflutester for a few weeks now! This time Night Density Rescue Serum π©΅ I have typically Scandinavian hair, fine and thin. Since I highlight/bleach my hair at regular intervals, my hair is quite dry while my scalp can often feel oily. The product is easy to apply with a pipette and feels lovely on the scalp. I have used this for a while before bedtime and have massaged it in with a scalp brush. πββοΈ I feel that my hair feels fuller, and I also see quite a few small hairs that are holding on and growing out in the scalp. However, I can't see in length that it has grown particularly much, but I do notice a difference in the amount of hair I lose, especially in the shower! The only downside I can see with the product is that it is quite expensive and that my hair became quite oily from this. I had this often 1-2 days before washing my hair because otherwise I felt I needed to shower more often due to my hair looking oily. I have previously tested some products from them that I liked and was very curious to try more! I have typically Scandinavian hair, fine and thin. The product is easy to apply and leaves no residue and does not make the hair oily either. I have used this treatment in the morning and then massaged it in with a scalp brush. I have been testing products from Nioxin for a few weeks now as a #Lykoinflutester! I have previously tried some products from them that I liked and was very curious about their kit for thin hair! I have typically Scandinavian hair, fine and thin. Since I highlight/bleach my hair regularly, it is quite dry, while the scalp can often feel oily. My first impression of the products was that the cooling sensation was SO lovely. I liked the feeling of my scalp being so clean and my hair fresh. Smells like a mix of throat lozenge and tiger balm.. I washed my hair with the shampoo twice while showering to then have the conditioner in the scalp (at first I also had it in the lengths, which I then swapped out for either Density Defend Anti-Breakage Strengthening Mask or another conditioner to prevent tangles and knots) to then finish with The first few times I used the shampoo and conditioner, I found that my hair became quite tangled and hard to detangle, but after a few times when my hair got used to the products, this was no longer a problem. After shampooing, I used the conditioner in the scalp and in the lengths I had the Density Defend Anti-Breakage Strengthening Mask, and it made my hair soft and easy to detangle! I let it sit for about 3 minutes and massaged my scalp with a scalp brush while the treatment sat in the lengths. Scalp care + hair thickening treatment I sprayed in the scalp and then massaged in together with a scalp brush. I feel that my hair feels fuller, and I also think I see quite a few small hairs that are holding on and growing out in the scalp. However, I can't see on the length that it has grown particularly much, but I feel that I notice a difference in the amount of hair I lose, especially in the shower. The only downside I can see with the product is that it is quite expensive and that the Scalp care + hair thickening treatment, which was 50 ml, also ran out before the shampoo and conditioner. I tested Nioxin System 3 for lykoinflutester, I have personally used system number 5 and it is a big favorite! I like that it is a three-step routine. A strong mint scent from the conditioner (perfect if you are a little under the weather, then you won't be as stuffy anymore) Joking aside, their products are really good! The mint scent doesn't linger after you've finished showering but can have a slight cooling effect for a while. A little about my hair. Dyed / bleached (previously) Scandinavian Thin Worn Damaged 3 pregnancies in a short time, so 100% mom hair. This product delivers on its promises because my colored color hasn't faded much at all. Which is great since I was freshly dyed when I received these. My hair has improved, absolutely not as fragile and doesn't break as easily. I might have skipped a day washing my hair, but I feel like less hair is breaking and falling out, the hairbrush doesn't look crazy either, which I REALLY appreciate since I was a bit panicked about this! Good hair mask
Received some products from #Nioxin to test out for a few weeks, including this hair mask! π€© I have thin Nordic hair, haven't dyed my hair in 1 year so half is natural and the lengths are dyed and highlighted from before. Losing way too much hair. Haven't cut my hair in a while so the lengths are a bit dry and worn, so this mask got to try itself! I liked the packaging as it is easy to just squeeze out, and it smells good too π Easy to distribute in the hair. Used a comb to gently detangle my hair with the hair mask in, and this was mostly no problem! It says it should reduce wear and strengthen the hair. I think it made my hair soft and shiny but didn't reduce any wear, at least not yet. I think I should get the ends trimmed a bit and use it more going forward to see if it can reduce more wear than normal π Did not weigh down my hair but could have used a bit more moisture in the hair treatment βΊοΈ I don't think the price is too high compared to many other hair treatments I've tried. #LykoinflutesterTranslated from norwegian
