    Opened new skincare that’s been sitting in storage for a while, sometimes hard to resist 🫢🍇🫐🍃 You feel uplifted trying new skincare you like and having made some progress through a storm (as I recently mentioned 🤍👣). Also started going to the gym for the first time in a long time, feels great!!! 💪🏼 I think beauty is just as much about the inside and how we feel overall – I’m holistically minded 🧖‍♀️❤️‍🩹 Tried all three this week: * , I’m a bit in love with the French brand Caudalie. Tried quite a bit in store, but this is the first product I’ve bought. Oils from grape/avocado/olive. Extracts from grape, shea butter, etc. Refreshing tangy scent of grape leaves and a thick rich cream for the slightly dry autumn hands 🍇🍃 * , clean beauty brand within k-beauty, why doesn’t LYKO sell it?? 😍 – Interesting serum with lots of antioxidants from idebenone and blackberry/acai/blueberry that protects against free radicals (e.g. UV/blue light/environmental pollution). Fragrance-free, mild natural scent – feels lovely! 🫐✨ * – A bit sharp and strong, but very carefully for a very short time it was nice – difference in the skin the morning after, smoother surface and more glow. The strongest acid glycolic acid (AHA), lactobionic acid (PHA), papaya enzyme and microcrystals.       Always fun to try new products 😍 I would love to try the cream from Caudalie 🍇 I especially like it when I feel a bit stuck or need some motivation. Don’t know if you feel that way too?
