NEW skincare products🤩
I love trying new things, so now I've brought in 3 new products that I've heard a lot of good things about! I also feel afterwards that I really like them all! Dr. Ceuracle vegan kombucha tea is an insanely nice hydrating essence, and I feel it plumps up my face and hydrates deeply. My skin looks fresh and elastic. Then I used elixir niactil 4%, and it's a multi-product since it can be used as a serum but also as a day cream. I feel it evens out my skin tone and reduces my pores around my nose! I don't have very large pores, but some, and they almost disappeared. Finally, I used Dr. Curable vegan berry lift up cream, which is supposed to lock in all the moisture I've applied earlier and at the same time give an elastic lifting feeling. I think it does that to a certain degree. It feels like my skin is more plump, and it's not sticky either! So it kind of locks in and lifts up in a way. It contains lots of good ingredients that are supposed to help tighten, hydrate, keep the skin young and elastic. Which product saved my lips? 💋
I have used PL3 for 10-15 years and it has been a real trooper; the only one I could use without getting chapped or irritated. In September, my lips started acting up, burning at the edges and getting dry patches. PL3 didn’t help at all. One of the products in the video became the one that saved me (for now…) after trying many. Besides that number 2 and 3 should swap places, counting from the first one I put on, they are actually in the order I preferred them, with the savior still being the master of the carpet. I discovered that my NYX SFX Face & Body Paint color tubes weren't available when I was going to link them, but they are super good and last for many years 🎨 (the bM eyeliner has gotten a replacement and we no longer sell the JI angle brush - but it's an amazing quality brand). The brushes from #hickap always hold up, as does the #sensai Mascara Lash Volumiser 38 C. When you've had such makeup on for several hours, it's great to take care of your skin and lips afterwards (of course, the skin therapist says that 😆). I just CAN'T let this go 😄🥰
My hair feels fresh. My thick hair feels thick without going flat. I can't really wish for more. I washed my hair yesterday with Waterclouds motion care shampoo and conditioner, which I have on trial at home. So far, I’ve found these to be too weak for my hair, so it’s not their fault that my hair feels the way it does. Honestly, it felt different already when the mask seemed to be different. Hard to explain, but the consistency of the hair and the mask kind of meld together and was completely smooth. You can tell that the scent is not an ICA scent. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean I like it 😋, but the scent fades afterward. Yes, I wrote a bit yesterday about being quite surprised after blow-drying. I used Lyko’s “beat the heat” as heat protection. It makes the hair softer otherwise too, but not at this level. I slept with my hair in a loose bun on my head and brushed it out today. No oil, nothing extra. It’s going to be super interesting to: 1: see if the hair holds up during styling (curls, etc.) or if it’s so “relaxed” that it goes straight again 2: see how it works if I go for my natural curls/waves. Could be super good or super heavy 3: I had a bit of the same experience the first time I tried Olaplex No. 3 (ALMOST, must be emphasized) but not since then… Will it be the same here? I’ll probably use this for my next wash too, but then it will get a break. I think it will be too much and unnecessary to use every time… but that’s what I THINK. Walk makeup without base…
… but when I got home, I had to test mixing my new shade of #isadora Cc-cream with my old one, so it’s basically a photo without base and one with 😁 I wrote a long post, but since the app crashed when I had been holding on for too long writing and adding products (ugh 😤😳not), I think I’ll settle for saying that all products except the Isadora products were used on both photos 🤗❤️ Does anyone have tips on how to make cream blush last better? Dry lips el grande!!
Hey there! My lips can be a bit sensitive, but as long as I use PL3 morning, evening, and sometimes in between, it usually goes well (without all the weird lipsticks and gloss that aren't the right type…). However, this fall, my lips have really gone bananas! I've never experienced them being this dry for such a long time. I can get red and irritated at the edges if I use the wrong products, but now I get it all the time and over a larger area. Is there anyone else who has experienced this now or this year? I try to drink water throughout the day. That could be a culprit otherwise, but it usually doesn't get this way if I slack off on that either. I apply a bit of hydrocortisone when it’s at its worst, but otherwise, it’s PL3 and my new lip balm from Elixir (which my lips seem to accept).
