Lovely and economical serum
I received this serum at the suggestion of #lykoinflutester and have now tested it for a while. The serum comes in a heavy and luxurious glass bottle. I like it when skincare comes in glass packaging, it feels a bit more solid and exclusive. It is also completely fragrance-free! The serum feels a bit sticky in the hand, but don’t be afraid of the consistency. Once applied to the skin, it absorbs super easily and leaves no sticky feeling afterwards. I find the product very economical, one pump is more than enough for the face and neck. It spreads incredibly smoothly over the face, it almost melts away. I think my skin feels properly hydrated and fresh, and this is a product I would gladly return to. I like that #vichy uses volcanic water in the serum since you should apply hyaluronic acid with plenty of moisture anyway. That way, you get everything in one and don’t have to think about that. This serum is great for my skin, and I feel much more refreshed when I use this! Really good cleanser at a budget price
On behalf of #lykoinflutester, I tried this cleanser from #cerave. I have had this before and I have also tried other products from the brand, and what I think is that Cerave definitely holds up to the standard. So this time as well! I think this is a really nice cleanser at a really nice price. The consistency is slightly gel-like, but it’s not really gel-like, smells like nothing (absolutely nothing) and becomes almost a bit lotion-like when you lather it in. For it doesn’t really form any bubbles but is more creamy. When it comes to the packaging, I think it’s a bit boring, but I have mine standing in the shower, and there it doesn’t shine quite as much with its bright green color. I think this product delivers on its promises. It cleanses the skin without drying it out. The cleanser feels soft on the skin and doesn’t feel drying at all, but rather moisturizing. And as a little cherry on top, it works for the whole family! Strong scent
In a mission as #lykoinflutester I have tried this face cream from #larocheposay I really like that the cream comes in this nice luxurious jar with refill options. Classic blue with a white lid gives me that expensive cream feeling… The cream is really rich and lovely, I would say more of a fall-winter cream than a year-round cream, at least for me. My skin has become drier over the years and apparently also more sensitive as my skin reacted with pimply rashes on my cheek, so I actually interrupted the test and am now trying to get my skin back in order. The cream smells very strong, which significantly lowers the rating for me. I am otherwise not particularly sensitive to scents, but this one really smells a lot and for me a bit old-fashioned… So unfortunately, it won't be top marks this time, but for the right person, it will surely work much better..!1 product in post Strong scent144 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Lovely kit with nice products
I have as #lykoinflutester received this trial set from #rituals. I would also say it's perfect as a gift set since you get a little bit of everything! I have been familiar with Rituals products for a while and have many favorites. Among them Sakura. I find this series to be floral fresh, and I feel wonderfully freshly showered for a long time when I use this! The products in the kit are given friends and complement each other perfectly. The body scrub exfoliates just the right amount for me and it's not overly scratchy like it can sometimes be, but it's soft and lovely, yet you can still feel that it does its job. It moisturizes and nourishes without feeling sticky. The shower foam is the favorite, I love Rituals shower foams. It's silky, creamy, soft, and lovely and smells f a n t a s t i c! And last but definitely not least, the body lotion. It absorbs quickly into the skin and moisturizes the body, just as promised with minimal stickiness! And at this point, it smells throughout the entire bathroom and half the house 🥰 Rituals knows their stuff! This is a perfect trial kit or gift set for that matter, maybe it fits for the Christmas gift game this year? 😊 ➕ lovely products with a bit of everything. ➕ the products look just like full size, just a little smaller. ➕ the scent is fantastic and lasts ➖ if I were to want to squeeze out something, it would be fun to have a liiiiiittle liiiiittle tiny bottle of body mist too. When it comes to makeup (I love makeup, so understand me right) I’m the type "the less, the better". This CC cream is just that. First, let’s talk about the packaging, a small nice, travel-friendly tube with easy dosing. Just as it should be! I also like Lumene’s color choices, it just feels right. I don’t experience the product having any special scent that I saw someone reacted to. I don’t use much foundation, so this is just the right product for me. It’s incredibly easy to apply in any way, I prefer my fingers. It melts into my skin without leaving any edges or unevenness. It gives my skin a light filter without making me feel caked on. It works great on its own if you just want to even out a bit, or just with a little mascara. You don’t need to go all in with full makeup, this little gem holds up nicely and gives a natural look and feel! It also comes with SPF 20, and now I swear but I’m super bad at using sunscreen, so this is perfect for me. Not a product for me
As an influencer, I received a kit sent from LA:bruket containing Sea salt scrub, hand & bodywash, and body oil in the scent lemongrass. Like the other two products, the oil also comes in matching packaging. I'm not a huge fan of the pump though, I find it a bit unpredictable. I suspect that I'm not a body oil person, because this one doesn't suit me. I'm used to moisturizing with both lighter and richer creams daily, but this oil unfortunately makes me feel greasy and sticky. I've applied it according to the instructions on slightly damp skin, but I don't think it absorbs into the skin, rather it sits on top. It also smells very strong of lemongrass and is a bit too natural in scent for my taste. You smell a lot and for a long time! If it had been a scent I was extremely fond of, maybe I wouldn't have thought it was so "bothersome" otherwise. This simply didn't suit me, but how boring would it be if we all thought the same!?! Luxurious
As an influencer, I received a kit sent from LA:bruket containing Sea salt scrub, hand & bodywash, and body oil in the scent of lemongrass. I love that packaging. It is absolutely the prettiest of their packaging as it looks so nice standing in the shower or on the sink. I just love it..! What brings the rating down is that it is a bit too lemongrassy in scent. I don't know exactly what it is, but there is some small adjustment that my nose would have liked. But that's the only negative thing I have to say. A while after the shower, the scent settles a bit, and then I find it becomes much more pleasant in scent. This soap smells really lovely, and the body doesn't feel the least bit dry after showering with this. It also works fine to have on the handle, and it is a joy to wash your hands with it. Really soft and lovely! There is quite a lot of scent in this, and you take it with you so it smells wherever you go..! I can imagine buying this again in one of the other scents because I think it is a really nice soap for both body and hands! Moisturizing Body Scrub
As an influencer, I received a kit sent from LA:bruket containing Sea salt scrub, hand & body wash, and body oil in the scent of lemongrass. I love LA:bruket's packaging, they are really SO beautiful and stylish! This one is no exception. It both feels and looks luxurious on the bathroom shelf. My skin is probably a bit of a combination skin, right now in the summer it’s pretty okay, but in the winter I become really dry. I would say this scrub would also suit you if you have really dry skin because it is thoroughly moisturizing and oily and contains vitamins and minerals to strengthen the skin. My skin has never felt so soft as after I used this, so it really does its job in a very gentle way. It can be used on both dry and wet skin, but I prefer to use it in the shower. However, when I want to peel my hands, I can gladly take the product on dry skin. I think it works excellently for that too, and the oil moisturizes, hydrates, and protects my hands. I would say this is gold for the winter! When you open the jar, there is a proper layer of oil floating on top, it smells really strong of lemongrass. Yes, it scents the whole bathroom and half the house when you use this! It is somewhat hard and compact, so you have to take a good scoop down into the jar. The scent is not really my favorite, it becomes a bit too natural and too lemongrassy for my taste, and mixed with the salt, it creates a clash in my sense of smell. But as a scrub, it is pleasant and properly moisturizes the skin so it doesn’t dry out from the treatment. Okay shampoo
I had the pleasure of trying the entire ultimate smooth series from #wellaprofessionals. I have tried shampoo, conditioner, mask, and oil together as a treatment. My hair has become a bit drier during the testing period. Otherwise, it’s quite problem-free hair. ➕ Nice bottle and the contents smell good. An extra plus is that it contains a bit more than the conditioner packaging. And you usually use more of the shampoo. ➕/➖ The shampoo absolutely cleans, but I find that it lathers a bit poorly, and I really have to shampoo thoroughly 2 times. The first time I get almost no lather, but the second time it lathers better, though not fully satisfying. However, if I use another shampoo beforehand, I get a really nice lather in round 2. 🟰 This is absolutely not a bad shampoo, but I have used better. Creamy mask
As part of my assignment as a #lykoinflutester, I have also tried this mask from #wellaprofessionals This mask matches like the other parts of the series in both scent and appearance. I still think it’s a point that there is a red thread throughout. My hair is quite dry during the testing period, and I think this series helps a lot with that. ➕ This mask really makes the hair super smooth, soft, and frizz-free. The hair feels strengthened and moisturized after use. ➕ The mask has a traditional consistency, it smells good, and spreads smoothly in the hair. ➕ I find that the hair becomes soft and moisturized without being weighed down. ➕ What gives this mask a little extra compared to many others is its quick working time. Ideally 5-10 minutes, but it actually works much faster than that. I don’t have the patience to stand in the shower for 10 minutes with a mask in my hair, so I finish showering and then it’s fine, and it works perfectly. It does what it promises! ➖ This is really not a downside to the product as such, but why, WHY don’t masks come in tubes? It’s just completely pointless to have a jar to scoop out from under running water. 🟰 A really lovely fragrant mask for someone with dry hair who needs a bit of shine and liveliness in their hair.1 product in post Creamy mask830 views
