Cooling Effect
I have as #lykoinflutester tried out a few different products from #versoskincare. My skin around the eyes can be dry. I also have genetic bags under my eyes and sometimes a bit of extra puffiness. I have stored these in the fridge for a little extra coolness under the eyes π§ In the sleek packaging, there is an extra lid where the accompanying spatula is stored, the lid can sometimes be a bit hard to open. These patches are in a generous amount of serum that drips when you pick them up. They stay where I place them, but I just have a bit of trouble with the fit. I feel a cooling and moisturizing effect from these during use. However, I can sometimes rub off "crumbs" around my eyes afterward. Unfortunately no difference
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try a few different products from #versoskincare. My skin around the eyes can be dry. I also have genetic bags under my eyes and sometimes a bit of extra puffiness π I stored this eye mask in the fridge. The packaging is easy to open. The pieces are then conveniently placed in a plastic container that makes them easy to apply π I find the mask to be a bit "thick" and hard to shape around the eyes, but it still stays on the whole time. I can feel a bit of itching. When I then remove these, thereβs hardly any extra serum left to apply, and the eye area still feels a bit dry. Had hoped for more hydration
I have, as a #lykoinflutester, gotten to try a few different products from #versoskincare. My skin in winter is normal with signs of dryness. It can sometimes be on the more sensitive side. I stored my face mask in the fridge for a bit of a cooling feel. Before application, I had used an exfoliating face mask which gives a feeling of needing to add extra moisture, which this mask promises π¦ The first thing I notice upon opening the packaging is that I have a hard time finding the mask itself as it is two-part and contains several extra "plastic shields" which creates a bit of a mess π¬ Once I finally got the mask on, it seems to be a bit torn around the nose. There was also a lot of "extra" mask in that area which I chose to cut away. Then the lower part slid over my mouth during the entire treatment time. Unfortunately, I also experienced that it itched. Doesn't quite suit me
I have as #lykoinflutester tested this kit from #rituals. I have never bought from this brand before as I personally think their products smell way too much and unfortunately, it's not something that pleases me π Shower foam: This works roughly like a shaving foam. I had a bit of trouble getting the right amount out, the first time a large amount ended up on the floor because I slipped on the button. I think it feels moisturizing and makes the skin soft πΏ Scrub: the first thing I react to is how the product sits in the jar, I understand that this can't always be helped, but it always feels like you've gotten too small an amount of product when it's "hollowed out" at the opening. You can feel clear scrub grains that help remove old skin and give a massage feeling π Body cream: I think the cream absorbs quickly into the skin. Unfortunately, the smell is very sharp right when applied, but it fades pretty quickly. The skin feels a bit softer, but I, who am a bit on the drier side, would have needed more moisture. Keeps makeup in place all day
I have had the honor of testing this setting spray as #lykoinflutester. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to expose the spray to the most extreme conditions, like a sweaty dance floor or similar, but more for everyday useπ¦ I have tested the spray before, and it is a staple favorite. The bottle is a good size, and the spray distributes evenly, except for the first and last sprays in the bottle that leave small dots on the skin. I take 2-3 sprays for everyday use and more when I want to set eyeshadow, so the product lasts long and feels economical. My skin tends to be a bit on the drier side in the fall and winter. After application, I sometimes still need to use a bit of powder as I experience a bit too much shine (in the picture, I just applied the spray but am also a bit sweaty) π The makeup holds well all day, it is easy to apply, smells neutral, and dries quickly π©· However, I wonder why #urbandecay chose to have two caps. Great product at a great price!
I can start by saying that I am not a regular user of bronzer and similar products as I am afraid the color will be wrong or that I will look like a tiger π― When this product popped up as a suggestion after buying other products from the brand and I saw the price, I felt it was worth a try! With a light press, I think you get just the right amount of product, and it is then easy to blend out. For me, I think one application is enough since I currently don't have much color on my face π I think you get a nice color that with a setting spray lasts all day. Gives a smooth shave
As a #lykoinflutester, I have been trying out different products from #estrid for a while. I hadn't tested anything from them before. These razor blades come in a practical packaging where the blades are separated one by one. The blades have a moisturizing "strip" around them, which makes the blade glide easily against the skin, and you avoid irritation during a quick shave outside the shower, which I have tried π What lowers the rating is that this "strip" disappears quickly, and the blades start to feel dull faster than, for example, the ones I usually use from Gillette. This means you also need to change them more often to avoid irritation. Nja, not completely satisfied
For a while, I have been using this razor. This is the first time I am trying a product from Estrid. Previously, I have only used razors from Gillette. I have mainly used this to shave my armpits where I have some coarser dark hairs. I also tried it on my legs once. Both areas it works well for, the first few times. I really like the color of the razor and that you get a suction cup for the shower. Mine has held up very well and has never fallen down π©· There is a bit of weight in the razor, I can't decide if I like it or not π I think it's a bit tricky to change the blade. It's easy to push off the old one but harder to get the new one on. This might be because I'm so used to my other razors. Unfortunately, it doesn't take long before it needs to be changed either, you quickly feel that the blade is taking fewer hairs and you have to pull several times. A bit tricky
As a #lykoinflutester, I have tried this product from #estrid. Unfortunately, I am not a regular user of shaving cream, so I don't really know what to expect from the product, nor can I compare it to others π I think the packaging is nice with its pink color. However, there are problems right away when I try to use this, as the button is hard to press, I push even harder and slip, which causes the product to end up beside it instead. After some fiddling, I found a good spot to press π The cream feels smooth and easy to apply as it stays put, and it is then easy to use the razor. Unfortunately, I don't like the scent at all, which I think reminds me of mosquito repellent. Keeps sweat smell away
I have been trying this product for a while. Usually, I always use deodorant/antiperspirant from a few mixed brands. I have an active job and work out a bit, which contributes to some sweat π¦ When I first opened the product, I had a hard time understanding how to proceed and had to look up clearer instructions π€ Unfortunately, I find this a bit too plastic-like to be a refill product. The scent of this was also not a favorite as it smells a bit on the masculine side π The advantage is that it keeps the sweat smell away all day, and I also don't experience the itchy feeling that some other products can cause.
