Like a facial at home!
I love face masks from @STARSKIN! They are a bit more expensive than other sheet masks, but I think they give similar results to when you’ve had a facial treatment, which is totally crazy! So in that way, they’re cheap! 🌸🙌🏼🩷 As you can see, the mask has two parts. First, you apply the oil/serum over your face. Then you put the sheet mask on your face, which gives a very nice effect. You feel hydrated! I think the secret might be there, why it’s so good. Here you see me using this mask. In the first video, I put it on, and in the second video, I take it off (after 15 minutes). I also like the “Orglamic pink mask” and the cream with it as well. These products give a nice glow! 🥰If there's something I think you should have a little stock of at home, it's sheet masks. The skin gets an extra dose of love and a real kick for well-being. That's why I thought it was a bit extra fun to get to try this mask from Verso. 🙋My skin: - On the dry side, older, and has seen its best days, if we put it that way. So, on paper, it would fit me like a glove since it is particularly good for "dry, sensitive, mature, and tired skin" – and that's me 😉 🫴About the product: A solid mask that doesn't feel flimsy at all. You can feel that the mask is of good quality, as it is a bit "thicker" than cheap masks, and the fact that it is two-part makes the experience feel a bit more luxurious. Thanks to being two-part, it also gets a better fit. Plenty of serum. Also super easy to remove the protective film, which I appreciate a lot. A bit of a must for me if it's going to lead to a repurchase 🙏 🫰The result: Since I stored my mask in the fridge, it is really cooling. I had it on for about 40 minutes, and I felt no discomfort like tingling or anything. Very pleasant, and it stayed in place. It felt like my skin was slurping up the serum, and my skin feels soft, lovely, and hydrated afterward. 💵Is it then worth its high price? Hard to answer. Moisture and plump in abundance 💧
A very viral mask – a must-try! I tested it on a calm evening and let it work for about 2.5 hours, which was perfect for me as I have an oily T-zone with sensitive, dry cheeks that tend to rosacea. I felt a slight tingling sensation on my chin towards the “end” (yes, it’s sensitive sometimes too) – which is my warning sign, as I previously almost got perioral dermatitis from another (more active) mask. So ➡️ trust your skin, and don’t start sleeping with it, that’s my most important tip! This mask gives a lot of moisture – like after a facial treatment 💆 Ultra low molecular collagen – skin plump deluxe! Galactomyces & probiotics – soothe and strengthen the barrier. Niacinamide – for glow and smoothing. The mask feels cool and gentle on the skin and slowly dries to a transparent film. However, it leaves some traces in the form of lines, which probably has to do with age, 47 years 🙊, but they gradually disappeared (not something that suits me right before the graduation party I’m soon attending 🎉). Great that it’s free from perfume and denatured alcohol but also not too active – so even sensitive skin can dare to try!
