    6 months with Love’n Layers 💅🏼✨

    If there’s something I’ve become completely obsessed with, it’s Love’n Layers for nails! 😍 The benefits are that it looks like salon nails, lasts at least 2 weeks, and doesn’t chip! Plus, it acts as a protective layer for those of us with thin nails 🤩👏🏼 My prep has always been: 1. Remove old layers with a bowl of lukewarm water and a bit of soap. 2. Remove old nail polish residue with nail polish remover. 3. Apply a layer of rock solid (to strengthen the nail while the layers are on) 4. File and shape the nail (after nail polish to reduce wear on the actual nail!) 5.     Once you get the technique of not getting too close to the edges around the nail, the result is really pretty. The durability for me varies on the nails, on some nails it has lasted up to 3 weeks while on others only 3 days. Hence the rating. I have soft/brittle nails that easily break and it's hard to get some length.     So impressed by these layers! 🤩 I love having pretty nails and have explored many different methods for it, gel nails, press-on nails, gluetabs, nail polish stickers, etc., but none of them have worked particularly well or have damaged my natural nails too much 😕 Mine have always been very soft and easy to break. But wow, what a result you get from these!! They really look natural and many at my job thought they were my nails 🤭💕 In the pictures, you can see that they lose their shine after a week, but you can always top it off with a little top coat, so that solves it ✨ The light pink color has also yellowed a bit, I think it might be due to my skincare, sunscreen, or some acid probably! You can also see how my nails have grown in the meantime, so I really think I can grow them out with these 🥺 I work with a lot of heavy air and handle many different textures, etc., throughout the day, so the nails are exposed to quite a bit! ➕ Stays like a rock ➕ Natural result ➕ Easy to apply ➖ Lost shine within a week ➖ Yellowed within a week, probably my fault haha #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LOVENLAYER #gel #nails
