Don't forget the hairline ☀️ I've really come to realize how important it is to protect your skin from the sun – even in places we easily forget. I had a skin change right up at my hairline for many years. It was long considered harmless, but when I got a new doctor, it was re-examined and turned out to be skin cancer. What might have been a minor procedure earlier ended up with me having to go to the hospital to have a larger area removed. Since then, I've become much more careful with sunscreen. I don't just apply it to my face, but make sure to get all the way up to the hairline. Worked on my itchy hair😀
What a difference 🤍 I suddenly had a period with really intense itching on my scalp. Some nights it was so bothersome that the itching actually kept me awake. So I started using Maria Nila Head & Hair Heal shampoo and conditioner. I let the shampoo sit a bit before rinsing it out, and do the same with the conditioner.
