I haven't noticed any blurring effect. So far, I've only tried it with mineral powder, and I don't think it really works as a primer underneath. I used it on the T-zone, and the powder applied on top felt like it was gathering unsightly in those areas. Maybe it works better with foundation.1 product in post Universal3974 views
