So boring to hear that the product isn't working as it should! This sounds like a complaint, and we are here to help you get it sorted out.
Here's how to file a complaint:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on MY PAGES.
3. Select Order History.
4. Click on the order number for the item you want to complain about.
5. Click on the COMPLAIN icon.
6. Fill out the quantity and reason for the complaint. Do you want a return slip as a letter? Write it in the comment field.
7. Feel free to add a picture or video that clearly shows what the problem is.
8. Confirm by clicking SEND.
