Drops on the fingers and patted in after cleansing. My skin hungrily soaks it up and gets a hydrated glow! It feels kind of so… enriching? If the skin is extra dry or shiny, you can definitely repeat the application both once and twice. I have mature combination skin that leans towards the drier side, especially in winter, and this toner is a dream! Instead of dry flakes, my face is in balance. Incredible product! I'm experiencing results already after the first week of use with less dark circles, fewer lines, and more plump skin under the eyes. They stay nicely in place without sliding.
