Absolutely terrible! 🫣🥺. I had such high hopes and ordered a kit during a promotion. I have no idea if this was a Monday product, but 2 (!!) out of 3 razor blades have broken during two separate occasions. I have a wet room mat in my bathroom, softer surface than for example tiles. I dropped the razor in the shower twice, and both times the blades broke and came off the handle. One was completely unused and was even dropped before I had even stepped into the shower. The blades came off the handle and broke from about 1 m height, and it's impossible to glue considering the blade is supposed to be movable. It feels really sad to pay so much for a product that isn't even usable in the environment it was created to be in. I have previously used Estrid but got a rash and chose to try this razor because of the nice reviews. Aside from the broken blades, I think the glide is generally a bit "clunky", I bought a shaving gel and tried it, which made it easier. Nice design and pleasant weight in the hand, but it doesn't matter when the product itself can't even be used 😅. Such a shame.Translated from swedish

It’s a shame that it didn’t quite work out with the blades as they broke ❤ Do you suspect that it’s a manufacturing defect that caused them to come loose and fall on the floor, breaking? If so, please register a complaint on My Pages - Order History - File a Complaint, and we can help you look into it and get back to you via email 📧 Otherwise, I hope you find the razor that suits you best 💖

Terrible
Do you have fine hair strands, Scandinavian hair that is in need of a lot of moisture and care? Then this is NOT the conditioner for you. It looks like a wire brush after I come out of the shower, hard to comb through and the conditioner lays like a film over the hair strands despite thorough rinsing. I don't experience any type of moisture at all, the ends feel dry and brittle, the hair heavy and greasy. I've never had to diss a hair product in this way, considering that I otherwise love Hjärtligt 😞. This was really not for me. I'm of course trying to salvage the situation with my favorite leave-ins, but it almost gets worse considering that my hair strands are thin and fine, which just gets weighed down more... the feeling that arises is wanting to throw myself back into the shower and just get rid of the products in my hair. The hunt for a moisturizing hair care line for my hair continues! ✨🪩Translated from swedish

Thin Hair
Hey, does this work to use on hair with thin strands without weighing it down and looking greasy? ☺️Translated from swedish
1 product in post Thin Hair335 views- Customer service at Lyko3 monthsHey Frida 😊👋 This oil is formulated to suit all damaged hair without weighing it down. Just apply a little to the lengths, especially on the ends, so it doesn't get greasy. Apply a little product first and adjust according to your hair type 🥰 All the best!

Nice result
Super nice result, it does what it says it will do. Blends into the skin naturally. I have very dark and colored pigments around my eyes, (maybe emphasized a bit extra in the picture) and it covers somewhat. It’s so hard to get rid of this shadow that occurs, and that’s probably the only downside. I can imagine their BB eye works better for this. I usually use Clarins concealer, but this is definitely an alternative if you don’t want so much on your face and want to go for a more natural look. Surely perfect for summer when you get a bit of color in your face that makes my dark pigments not stand out as much ☺️🌼Translated from swedish

Question
Hi, Does this series work for thin, fine, and bleached/damaged hair? Or will my hair be weighed down? Maybe it can be combined with shampoo from the yellow series and conditioner from this one?Translated from swedish
1 product in post Question452 views- Customer service at Lyko4 monthsHey hey Frida 🌸 I absolutely think you should try the Supershine Hydrating series, both shampoo and conditioner - for these I believe will give your hair a lot of love and shine without weighing it down 😍👌 I’m actually afraid that the yellow Hair Alchemy series will be too heavy and weigh your hair down 💗 Therefore, I think you should just try the blue series. Good luck! 🙏

Difference
Hey! What is the difference between this and their original Leave in Conditioner spray? I love the formula of the other one, but the scent is not my favorite 😔. Way too strong of a scent for my taste, even though it tones down after a couple of hours. I'm therefore trying to find a complement, if this isn't a good substitute, is there anything else recommended based on similarities in formula and ingredients? ☺️ My hair with fine strands becomes sooooo shiny, moisturizing, and easy to manage with it, such a shame that it doesn't quite match the scent.Translated from swedish
1 product in post Difference63 views- Customer service at Lyko4 monthsHey Frida 😊👋 This version provides deeper care and hydration, especially suitable for dry or damaged hair. If you feel that your hair needs this, it might be worth switching and trying this one instead 🤗 The original is lighter and focuses more on moisture and manageability without weighing the hair down 🤍 All the best!

Was so surprised!!
Sidenote: have thin fine hair strands, scalp that quickly gets oily with bleached highlights that are extremely dry and prone to damage in the lengths (nightmare combo to try to find a working shower routine for). 💇🏼♀️ Actually the first time I bought and tried a volumizing shampoo and was incredibly impressed! Was a bit worried at first that the hair felt tangled. Tried a moisturizing conditioner from Hjärtligt and it gave no heightened feeling either in the shower or after. Put in leave-in, still felt a bit anxious about the coarseness but that could of course just as well have been the conditioner’s fault, a combo that didn’t work. When the hair was almost dry, I dropped a little oil in the lengths and OJ! The hair became sooooo bouncy the second the moisture was added. The effects of the shampoo are absolutely incredible 🥺, bouncy thick hair with magical volume! ✨. Remains to be seen how quickly the scalp gets oily, but so far it looks promising! 🌸 #tävlingTranslated from swedish

Question
Hey, is this shampoo moisturizing? I'm currently using Matrix Food for soft and feel that my hair gets liiite too heavy with that shampoo and would love to try something else that suits fine and thin hair better, giving volume and moisture but not drying out the lengths since I have salon-bleached and quite fragile hair strands. Could this work? Or is something else recommended?Translated from swedish
1 product in post Question180 views- Former employee4 monthsHey Frida! 👋🏻☺️ This shampoo is moisturizing but lighter than Food For Soft, which might suit you better if you find your hair gets heavy. It’s specially formulated for color-treated hair and helps to maintain shine without weighing it down 🫧 If you want even more volume and light rehydration, Matrix High Amplify Shampoo (lyko.com/sv/matrix/matrix-total-results-high-amplify-shampoo) could also be an option – it gives a airy feel and is great for hair that needs hold without drying out! Take care 😍✨

Question
Hi, My hair is thin and fine with bleached highlights that easily get split ends. Oily scalp makes me want to try a volumizing shampoo, but one that doesn't dry everything out too much. Could this be an option? The idea is to use Matrix Food for soft Conditioner with this volumizing shampoo. ☺️Translated from swedish
112 views- Customer service at Lyko4 monthsHello there Frida 👋😊 This shampoo is a great choice if you have thin and fine hair that needs a little lift and a gentle but deep cleanse ✨ Super great that you choose to combine it with a really moisturizing conditioner to care for your lengths and ends, it’s a real dream combo 🙌 A tip to help get volume while keeping the oil in the scalp away and maintaining that fresh feeling longer is to blow-dry in a root-lifting styling product after washing. This one is super nice and doesn’t give a crispy or heavy product feel, it just makes the hair feel clean longer 😍👇 lyko.com/sv/matrix/matrix-total-results-high-amplify-wonder-boost-root-lifter Take care! 💖
