I’d love to explain a little bit about how it works on our end: we always purchase the full range that our Swedish (or European) suppliers make available to us. Unfortunately, brands themselves often choose to limit the shades offered in our market, even when they offer a wider range in countries such as the US. So as much as we would love to, we’re not always able to offer every shade that is available globally.
That said, I want you to know that we truly take your feedback seriously. We’ll continue to raise this issue with our suppliers, because more than anything, we want all of our customers to feel represented and be able to find products that suit them. 🩷
