I’m actually really fond of this brow pencil, but the one I bought here I would give zero stars. When I open the pencil for the first time after purchase, the whole lead inside falls out (and of course into the sink so it disappears down the drain). So I ended up empty before I could use it even once, which is disappointing considering the price. It’s often that the pencil can break during use so that I can’t utilize the whole pencil, but I attribute that to the user and not the product. Right now I’m unsure if the user has been the main problem with this product.
