Can you use this if you have fine lines on your forehead? I'm 31 years old. I've noticed they've become much more pronounced lately... I've tried retinal & retinol, but it feels like the wrinkles are becoming more visible 😅 strange but true! Do I need something that can reduce the ones I already have?
