The hair feels like after a visit to the hairdresser after use! I use it before blow-drying and experience much less frizz and an incredible shine and a nice soft feeling. The only thing that bothers me is the smell. I can't quite say what it smells like but definitely not good. But the positive outweighs the negative! Also incredibly affordable! A tip could be to check swatch pictures or maybe try it in a store to see how a shade looks when applied. If you suspect you have received the wrong shade or that something is not quite right on the website, you can register a complaint on My Pages - Order History - Report, and we can look into it from there. There are many shades of this, so I hope you find another one if you keep looking. Otherwise, I hope you have another one from before that you like better since this one wasn't a hit for you 💗
