    Spare parts shortage!

    Bought the file a couple of years ago and it works quite okay. The problem is that it contains a small filter that needs to be cleaned and very easily comes off and disappears. Spare filters are strangely not available for purchase, so the file unfortunately becomes an unnecessarily expensive and short-lived product.

      Hey again! 🩷 After talking to Silk'n, I found out that the filter does not need to be replaced, and therefore that spare part is not manufactured. You should only clean the machine as described in section 7 of the instruction manual: Clean the product after each use. 1. Make sure the product is turned off and that charging is not in progress. 2. Slide the cover of the dust collector 3 to the side and remove the grinding dust that has collected in it (see Image D). Use the cleaning brush 12 if needed. 3. Rinse the foot file plate 1 / 7 / 8, the dust collector, and the casing under running water (see Image D). To achieve more effective cleaning, the product can be turned on for some seconds. 4. After cleaning, dry all parts of the product. 5. Before using the product next time, put the cover back on the dust collector.

    I’m really looking forward to this box. The first one in a while that has been interesting to me.     WTF?!?

    I was in ten minutes before the release and had NO chance to shop since both the app and website were down the WHOLE TIME! Who actually managed to buy the box when everything was down? You should be ashamed for disappointing so many customers!

      Wow, what a rush it was! This box was available in a limited edition (about 1400 pieces), and when it was released, over 5000 eager shoppers were ready at the digital lock! The high demand caused the site to temporarily wobble for some, but the box still disappeared at record speed. I totally understand that it feels disappointing if you were there on time but still missed it. But keep an eye out – more exciting releases are coming up! 💖
