    Go-to eyeliner

    I have been using this for several years and have never experienced it running or bubbling from the tip. It smudges if you don't use eyeshadow underneath, and it's easy for the tip to chip if you put the cap on a bit too hard. If you shake it before use and have eyeshadow underneath, this lasts well into the next day.
