Even though Cosrx formulations are usually light, certain ingredients like oils or heavier substances can cause clogged pores in sensitive areas. Snail mucin is moisturizing and usually gentle on the skin, but if you are a bit sensitive, you may experience clogging depending on your skin's sensitivity, and if you use multiple layers of products, especially with active ingredients like acids, retinol, or heavier moisturizers, it can cause an overload for the skin. You can try pausing the use for a while and then trying again (remember that only a pea-sized amount is enough for both eyes) if you get a reaction again, it may simply be that you are sensitive to the product and should stop using it.
