    Hi!

I recently dyed my hair brown after being blonde for a while. I quickly noticed it had a bit of a greenish tint, so I decided to ask a hairdresser what I could do. She said I should buy a Wella professionals colour touch in the shade 7/73. She thought it would remove the green, and my hair wouldn’t turn red because the colors would balance each other out. Is this correct, and is it safe to use on my hair? I really don’t want red hair, but I want to get rid of the green tint. 😊

Hey Maja! It’s easy for hair to turn greenish when going from light to darker, as hair needs underlying pigments that are warm to "support" the new color. It’s hard to say how the color will turn out without seeing a picture of your color, so feel free to send a picture of your hair to frisoren@lyko.com, and I can help you see if that (or another color) might suit you 💌 Have a really nice day for now ☀️

Does it remove the hair color?

Does this remove the color in the hair too? I recently dyed my hair brown after being blonde, but I've gotten a bit of a green tint. Does this remove the actual color too, or just what is explained?

Hi!😃 Paul Mitchell Clarifying Shampoo Three is a clarifying shampoo designed to remove product buildup, styling residues, and minerals, as well as to neutralize unwanted color tones like greenish hues in the hair. This shampoo will not remove the actual hair color, but it can help eliminate the greenish tones by neutralizing the unwanted shades. So, if you have gotten greenish tones in brown hair, this shampoo can help balance it and give the hair a more natural color, but it will not remove the brown hair color. 🌸✨ Remember that it might be wise to use a good conditioner afterward, as clarifying shampoos can be a bit drying on the hair!
