I bought it in February this year, as I felt my old flat iron needed an upgrade since I had it for over 5 years and it was from Gaves. I have always wanted a ghd flat iron since my friend had an old version that I loved. But when I got my package home, I thought the actual heating plates were smaller than I expected for the expensive price, but I didn't think much more about it. But now, almost 5 months later, my hair has started to get caught in the flat iron and pull out my hair, and I have been very careful with it, and I wipe it off as it gets very dirty from all the heat protectant, but still, it is choppy to straighten with.Translated from swedish
