It smudges a bit
Easy to apply and doesn't smudge with tears, but I notice that it still gets a bit black under the eyes. I've been using it for a while and will soon need to buy a new one, but I won't choose this one again since I need a product that works on the waterline without smudging under the eyes.1 product in post It smudges a bit1302 views
