I saw that someone asked about the automatic shutdown. My straightener doesn't turn off after 60 seconds, how do I go about making a complaint? Click on the icon COMPLAIN 6. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product 7. Choose from the dropdown how you would like to be compensated for an approved complaint 8. Confirm by clicking SEND Take care!
