    Shutdown

    I saw that someone asked about the automatic shutdown. My straightener doesn't turn off after 60 seconds, how do I go about making a complaint? I love the straightener but would really like that function to work.

We would love for you to register a complaint on your account so that our complaints department can take a closer look at it Go to lyko.com/en or use our app and follow the steps below 1. Log in to your account 2. Click on the icon MY PAGES 3. Then select Order History (lyko.com/en/my-pages/order-history) 4. Click on the current order number for the items you want to complain about 5. Click on the icon COMPLAIN 6. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product 7. Choose from the dropdown how you would like to be compensated for an approved complaint 8. Confirm by clicking SEND Take care!
