Hi! How do you get more product out? I twist but nothing happens, could it be that my item is broken or am I doing something wrong? I twist at the smudge brush end.

The pen is not twistable – the tip is sharpened to get more product out, and the “screw” by the smudge brush is an eraser/applicator, it does not push the stick forward.
Remove the cap and carefully sharpen with a narrow sharpener, put the cap back on after use, and if the tip feels hard you can gently warm it against the back of your hand for a few seconds to soften the formula.
If the pen cannot be sharpened at all or the stick is loose from the start, register a complaint via My Pages → Order History → select the order → Return/Complaint and we will help you further 💌
