We ended up in Guangzhou by accident when we were hunting for the world’s strongest steel and best steel smiths. Dick Johnson’s replacement blades have been pushed through a fine sieve: we only chose the best pieces for sale. The blades that do not pass the inspection will be pushed back in line for a deep sharpening.
