Hard to open, sticky everywhere. Got a burning and stinging sensation in my hands after using it, and my hair felt greasy and oily, though it wasn't visible. My curly hair loves this, I've gotten such nice light curls, including a lighter curl gel that I use after I've brushed through Fanola's product.
