    The machine sounds and cuts like it's running out of battery. It's plugged in and has been charging all night, no improvement. I see someone wrote the same thing in another review, so there seems to be something wrong with the product..

    Bad or broken?

    Either there’s something wrong with the one I got or it’s just the worst. Imagine how a battery-operated shaver sounds and works at the last minute. Bad. The motor is so weak and it doesn’t cut. The guy couldn’t even get rid of the short hair on the neck or nape.
