    Status: It’s complicated

After having the spiral vacuumed out of fiffi last time I tried a menstrual cup, I avoided such products for years. When I stumbled upon these that DO NOT create a vacuum, I realized that the time to ruin the planet and endure monthly swampiness was over. I’m glad I dared, but you green glittering monkey that I’ve struggled to befriend this! It’s very possible I missed the size (who the hell knows how big/tall/short/small their cervix is?! 👀), but I followed the «recipe» and landed on size B. It’s zero stress to get in place, but despite x number of instructional videos on the tube and fiddling, it always ends up a little teaspoon wet. I can live with that though - I think. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Bad Purchase

I've used this for a round with my period now, and I regret buying it. As mentioned below, it's _impossible_ to get out without making a bloody mess. You are therefore dependent on being in a bathroom with a sink in the same room, because your hands get full of blood. Emptying this in a public restroom where you have to wash your hands in the common area becomes completely unfeasible🥵 And it’s too impractical for me. I will therefore go back to the classic menstrual cup.

    Best use of money!

I have previously tried a menstrual cup, but quickly found out that it wasn't for me. But this one! This is gold! It was easy to insert and I could go all day without any mess. It was such a huge relief! The only thing is that it becomes a bloodbath when it comes out. When it's on the way out, it sprays straight forward. But it's worth it for me. Some would recommend taking it out in the shower.

    Super good

But one problem. I can't for the life of me get it out without causing a bloodbath?! I can't grip the edge with my fingertip despite the patterned surface. I've tried using it inside out a couple of times, then I can get it out, without a bloodbath. Tips please! 🫣 Otherwise super good, have used a traditional menstrual cup for several years but this "pessary-shaped" one is much easier and more convenient to hold (except for taking it out..) haven't felt any chafing even once. Easier to clean. I've had two children and have a medium amount of menstruation and think this size works well anyway.

    Good

Good product and easy to use. The product slips away quite easily if it's too full or if you're in a squat.

    Biocide

Hi! Since it is antibacterial, does it contain biocide then?
