Ipren Oral Suspension is your go-to remedy for fever due to colds and those annoying temporary pains like headaches, toothaches, muscle, or joint pain.

Available over the counter for children over 6 months, it's designed for short-term use, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive days.

Ipren is part of the NSAIDs family (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), offering effective relief from pain, fever, and inflammation.

It's not suitable for children under 6 months or those weighing less than 7 kg.

Limit use to no more than 3 days at a stretch. For longer use, consulting a doctor is a must.

Normal Dosage
Administer 5-7.5 mg of ibuprofen per kg of body weight. If necessary, doses can be repeated every 6 hours, not exceeding 4 times daily, equating to 20-30 mg/kg per day, as detailed below:

Weight: 7 - 10 kg
Age: 6 - 12 months
Dosage: 2.5 ml 3-4 times daily

Weight: >10-15 kg
Age: 1-3 years
Dosage: 3.5 ml 3-4 times daily

Weight: >15-19 kg
Age: 3-5 years
Dosage: 5 ml 3-4 times daily

Weight: >19-27 kg
Age: 5-8 years
Dosage: 7 ml 3-4 times daily

Weight: >27-37 kg
Age: 8-11 years
Dosage: 10 ml 3-4 times daily

Weight: >37-42 kg
Age: 11-12 years
Dosage: 13 ml 3-4 times daily

Dosing should be based on body weight (age suggestions are just a guide). Administer every 6 hours, up to 4 times a day.

Remember to shake the suspension well before use.
